I greatly appreciate these videos. These issues were announced to finally be coming to the United States yesterday, and these videos are the only place I've found to get a good look inside the actual magazine portion. That's really the deciding factor for me. Not a big fan of the short length and punch-hole design, so I may not pick them up, but I'm glad I was able to make an informed decision.
Australia will get this later we did Warhammer conquest and Warhammer age of sigmar mortal realms and at the moment we're still doing Warhammer 40000 imperium
Maybe. I think the biggest problem keeping Xandria is that it's an older model that was included with Mortal Realms. They could have swapped it for Yndrasta with would have been far better.
Last year I was hoping this would also come to Germany but now, seeing some more details I'm ... let's say: slowed down in my enthusiasm. My problems: - 4 Euros up per regular issue and 4,5 per premium compared to Imperium? For an AoS product? Having the Dominion box and the Orruk X-Mas box there's still some interesting thing in this but with that pricing going premium hurts! (If it's even coming to Germany and does not go the path Mortal Realms went back then - did not came here due to the start of 3.0 and now I see 4.0 on the horizon) - 1 Euro P&P per Delivery after Imperium being free and after each issue already got up massive? - The selection of colours is a bit too much brown/ocher for so many green skins and plant people. I went to the "Paint" section in the middle of the page by Hachette, downloaded the picture and zoomed in. Compared with the parade ready sets for Sylvaneth and Gloomspite Gitz it is just a 4, maybe 5 vs. 10 different green tones it seems. And don't get me wrong, it's not the free colours I'm looking for (I have aprox. 95% of all GW base & layer paints, 100% of GW shades & technical and 50% of GW contrasts) it's about my estimation how useful the painting guides may be. - STC brushes, I've already tried 6 different types of them and I don't like them. - A free mug? Some may see it differently, but you can get free containers for drinks everywhere and all the time. Imperium got a GW tool, the painting Handle (I compare that figure with the Art prints from Imperium and that's totally fine). So I'm probably take the route of not really caring about this much longer as I did before. But I keep an eye open if it comes to Germany and if it's then a bit better. Maybe there are a few positive surprises with the Premium.
€4 extra per issue is a bit much. I think the pricing structure is a bit rubbish for most magazines that are launched internationally. AOS 4.0 is a while away yet, late 2024 or early 2025, so the magazines run (in the UK) should end near the release of the new edition. It's kind of like how Imperium is about to end and the new edition of 40K is due this year. I agree STC brushes aren't great, I have some and never use them cause of how they feel to paint with. But yeah a mug isn't the best gift but I Don kind of like it but something more unique should have been in its place.

Having an informed decision is great, and I'm glad to help the decision that is right for them.

Only goanna be grabbing the first few issues I Think. Got my imperium to finish
Hi Jim! Can't wait to get this! We're still in Mortal Realms , issue 22, French version, here in Quebec, Canada...
Whoa! Thats around 2 years behind UK release! Fingers crossed you won't have to wait that long for Stormbringer.
@@PaletteoftheDead The last issue of Conquest will hit the newsstands next week ;)
I hope they bring THIS to the US. Give me a reason to start AOS!
I know right.
Coming to the US this October!
Do we know how much this will work out to each month? Both the standard and the premium subscriptions?
Wish they kept Xandria wonder if it could be added in the future?

I know you do episodes every week Jimmy. But you gotta premuim sub. The first 2 kits are insane!
I know.... I'm struggling to decide. I might be tempted to sub until I get Krondy's just to be cheeky... not sure yet though!
@@PaletteoftheDead that's what I plan to do. Sub till premium 2.
@@PaletteoftheDead I'm so tempted as well, nice to see I'm not the only one
Ignore my comment, I forgot you replied on your other video earlier. I'll go back to sleep
