@@piranhaplantX When I visited Vegas last year I went gambling with a set budget. I went gambling for fun and to pass the time, not for some get rich quick scheme. I did win some, I did lose some, but since I didn't go in there with money I wasn't willing to lose, it was an entertaining day. Also, free drinks and smoking allowed everywhere, so there's that XD

Playing the Roulette in Fallout:New Vegas. Guess where my chips are going? That's right; it all goes straight to the house because my luck isn't high enough for it to land on 23.
Znijik_the_Zed I actually hit after putting 9 chips on 23 and the middle row and won like 132 chips but then my game crashed...

It’s actually because the owner and player character have different money pools. He won money gambling as the player character, while the owner has just been spending money buying gifts and stuff.

actually, having compared the source episodes, i feel the clip does a great deal to craft an additional volume of humor. the small cuts of the pauses and inbetweens helps create a pacing and flow that the raw videos dont have. the addition of the price is right music amplifies the sense of climax and closure to the exciting conclusion. and the smash cut to the later episode and tonal shift makes for a stronger punchline than in the uncut series. so, no, it doesnt take very much to clip the videos but its admirable that jexonite did so to further the joke rather than just compile it.

This is actually a very nearly realistic simulation of a person losing at roulette. The only thing that's missing is the increasing mania/anxious-desperation when real money is involved.
It’s not realistic at all because Arin actually ended up winning when in real roulette you end up face inside the toilet bowl with vomit in your hair

I don’t know if anyone realizes how huge of a moment this was for Arin. He has mentioned his problems with gambling on the show before and he badly he struggled with it. This was probably the first time in years he had played roulette, bringing back those old patterns of gambling. Once Dan starts pushing back he starts to catch himself. Asking if they need to talk, I know this was played out, but that could have been Arin trying to mask himself in fear of being called out. Then the forced fart sounds, him desperately trying to make up for lost time, and trying to convince himself he isn’t doing anything wrong. I’m glad he’s better now. He’s a great guy.

I was waiting out the last hours of PAX West last year in the little stage area. Jackbox had set up there and they were running out the clock with their party packs, and there was a significant crowd playing along.
A perfect stranger and I bonded during Bracketeering because one of the players entered 23 as one of the participants, and we rode that wave to the top clapping and shouting 23!
