Le placement de la caméra, le son et particulièrement le pilotage du grand Mr. Sentis font que ces vidéos sont vraiment immersives et "topissime". En bref, j'adore!!
Great video. This is the difference between taking a reasonably priced car with a proper setup and taking an expensive car you really can’t drive on track. And I’d bet 99% of people don’t know where the traction limit of their car is and whether they’ll get oversteer like in this GR86 or more likely understeer.
It's 0 to do with the setup, all those cars would smoke the Toyota if driven properly. You and most other kids like you in these comment section always ignore the fact that 99% of people who go to the Nurburgring are just driving easy calm laps around and not trying to break a lap time record. And the fact that you can't understand that (which is shocking) is the reason why you judge how fast a car is based on how some random person drives it on a public track.

This is superv driving skills, looks like lots of fun. People are urge to have powerful machines but at the end the fun is making a car go to its limits.
How would you compare this to the ND2 MX-5 you drove a few years ago? The GR86 stiffer torsionally, but it has a heavier steel strut front suspension setup vs the ND2's aluminium double wishbone setup, so front camber is not dynamic in the corners in the GR86. It looked to have entry understeer, exit oversteer (when pushed). The ND2 is under-tired from factory vs the GR86, so they both look pretty similar behaviorally in these videos, with more oversteer in the MX-5. Anyway, how would you compare these two cars, which one provided more road feel from the steering, and which did you have more fun in?
@@jagymeister The MX-5 uses Bridgestone S001 tires, at least in the North American market, the BRZ/86 uses Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires in the premium trim which I believe is being used in this video, so the MX-5 is under-tired. I agree that the MX-5 allows too much body movement, fix that with longer travel coilovers like Öhlins and fit better tires. With less weight, a shorter body, and double wishbone suspension, it should have more overhead as a chassis than the 86
Congrats man! Great driving! Looks like the PS4 have the perfect grip! Still super funny, grippy enough for a clean drive but also easy to lost the rear if you want to! Isn’t it?
Quel pilotage !

Amazing video and amazing skills! Was the car 100% stock? ESP fully disabled? And which tires? One more time, excellent video! Is this the best value car price/fun actually?

How did the stock brakes and fluid hold up for the entire hot lap?
If you cool down brakes between each lap, you don't lose it (just a little bit of bite). But this track is not very demanding on this point.
