KLR650 air cut off CAP issue

The cap for the CVK40 cut off valve gets warped over time due to being under constant pressure from the cut off spring.
With the development of the cut off mod (included in the MCP Carburetor Correction Kit), and now the cut off block plate (optional), this system is entirely deleted, and the bike runs better and is more reliable this way. The cut off mod (with or without block plate, works best with MCP in the carb)

For the record, a person could tape 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper to a piece of glass and figure 8 the OEM cap until its flat. Still works best with MCP in the carb. And the cut off block plate is a nice way to show off that you have the best carb set up there is. MCP

@@mgtowsmurf6094 it can be done with any carb configuration, but it was developed on MCP equipped machines. Without MCP the carb doesn't work properly so your results will vary with other set ups
that being said 99% of cut offs leak, you can't buy ones that dont leak, at least not for long, so
