She introduced me to this song and gave me a burned cd which, in my young love, I listened to on repeat all Christmas break. Things didn’t work out as they often dont at that age and I haven’t thought of her in years but this song will always take me back to those cold nights walking with my heart thumping, so excited, so happy and young and in love or whatever you think love is at 17. Such an emotionally packed Christmas song. Im a very Macho Guy,....yet....it brings me near to Tears, when ever I hear it. It's Christmas, it's Romantic, it's Warm and Cozy, and It's just a very Magical piece of music. The Guitar Hooks are ingenious. When ever any song, can make you emotional.....you know....that it is a Master Piece of sound and lyrics. Their voices, their lyrics and their unique sound, could Crush even the Hearts of the Grinch or that of Scrooge. Pass me a Kleenex! lol LOVE IT!

I took a chance on watching Christmas with the Kranks and was utterly disappointed only to discover the first 3 minutes of the movie played this awesome song.
I’d never heard of the Ravonettes before or this song. I was watching the 11th Hour with Brian Williams just now, and, at the end of his show, he said he wanted to give thanks and credit to the incredible crew that produced his show each night, and urged his viewers to watch as the credits rolled. So they showed skaters at Rockefeller Center while the credits rolled against the backdrop of this song. At the end he thanked everyone for watching and thanked the Ravonettes for the use of their song. A very classy act on his part and a great song to add for the season.
Sure makes me think about all those that we've lost, that I bet would wish to still be here this season. Maybe, if we do things right, next lap around the sun, there won't be so many that had to depart before they wanted to. Play safe out there this season.
