At 1:30, you can use Orient command with scale=1d and copy=yes. That way you can quickly fill window walls. At 2:00, you can directly use loft command. 3:20, after Boolean union, give command "mergeallcoplanarfaces" to clean walls 8:10, you can simply select other half of the door by holding Ctrl+shift and then just move it to make door shorter.
