I plan to buy that Taylor soon! I think the 214ce is not worthing the extra price in comparison to what the 114ce offers. I loved the Tool theme! Schism
they are really good guitars, be sure to sit down and play a few, see which one feels best. In my experience (limited as it is) i've foud especially with acoutic guitars each one as it own character and life.
The Yamaha sounds as good as the Tasylor to me. But the feel of the neck is just as important as how a guitar sounds. And I have no idea how either feels.

both guitars feel good to play, but the taylor gives me the option of plugging in to a PA.
