I just switched to rubber i been using coiled for years no mogo stick or hanger they sit nice not touching cat walk neither do they tangle but they do often break 2 to 4 times year usually bad weather or random. I hear rubber you can go 2 to 4 years without changing them and they are not weather sensitive is that true?
I like the curly ones better. I have the same kind like yours in the video and the keep getting caught up on the car walk!!

That is true..the coil sometimes breaks like a piece of stick in your hands.
