I was there 1961-62 so did 2 tours.....guard tower #2 in the middle......across from the building that we slept in. #2....we could go out a door downstairs and be 4' away from von shirach, speer and hess......a few times I did roving patrol between electric fences..and also was at McNair...so was at the checkpoint on 13.8.61
