The Authentic 19th century prison was demolished so that it would not become a shrine to the Nazi Regime, I think even the German Government were happy with that.

I guarded him in 1961 twice........von Shirach and Speer were still there. I was at McNair Barracks in Lichterfelde in West Berlin.
