I have incorporated your exercises to strengthen my wrist weakness and instability and my iLateral Epicondylitis is finally improving. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Can definitely say this has helped a lot. Been noticing some strain in my elbow during bench press, overhead press, and curls, to the point where I’ve been having to go for less weight. Doing these stretches before has helped my elbow pain greatly and have also made me more conscious of how I’m doing my lifts. Great stuff.

I come down with a severe case of tennis elbow in my left arm last October after a lot of heavy hammering on a metal project. It degenerated to the point in April where it was acute at all times, interfered with my sleep and high doses of ibuprofen weren't helping. I already had a pre-existing issue due to a botched subacromic decompression left shoulder surgery which left me with anterior instability. I was warned by my non quack follow-up orthopedic surgeon in 1996 that I would be susceptible to elbow and forearm strain because of the instability. I was pretty much problem free until last October. I tried many of the other RUclips treatments but they were focused on stretch and hold exercises and didn't offer much improvement. After about two weeks of following your exercise suggestions my pain subsided and I was able to stop taking the ibuprofen. I was really in agony until I followed your recommendations and am really glad you provided this information to the public and highly recommend it to others.

I'm glad that you appreciate the material. Set a timer for 30 seconds and do as many controlled reps as you can in that time. 2 - 3 sets should suffice.
Thanks for the info! I wonder if my AC separation has lead to this, as it only occurs on the same arm as the separation. Also love the gym, from the looks of it there is no fluff.

Hey Eric I am doing your exercises for lateral epicondylitis constantly everyday for 13 days already and I must say it is little better but I still have little pain in then elbow and specially when I extend arm with wrist extension and when I try to grip something. Thank you sir I will do that exercise I'm not a tennis player but I feel that pain on the same spot in my right elbow I feel so much pain it started when I carried a big basin of washed clothes at first its slightly aches but now I cannot carry anything I cannot grip my right hand I only feel relieved every time I do a high planking still its very painful everytime I'm holding something its been three months
I had this tennis elbow in my left Arm like 3 months ago. I didn't use any medicine and kept doing my gym. I got well but now from last week, I got pain again in my right arm. The same pain and same symptoms. I do the gym on regular basis. I think in the coming one or two months this pain will go away inshAllaH. 🙏

I do like this exercise, however, I had a ulna osteotomy and ligament repairs on the top of my hand near the wrist, the exercise on the floor its not really possible for me to do. Can you recommend another type of exercise to strengthening the wrist. Many thanks in advance

Rock climbing is definitely tough on the upper limbs! If you're dealing with the pain don't do any crazy power moves when you're healing and do your chasm leaps when you're better. ;-)
I appreciate your video! I started playing tennis a couple of years ago and I got tennis elbow for the first time and it doesn't seem to be going away. I was wondering if I should NOT go to the gym for a while and do any workouts that involve my arm, which is more than half of my workout? If so, how long should I wait and is it cool to run on the treadmill and focus on just core?

I'm glad that you appreciate the material. Set a timer for 30 seconds and do as many controlled reps as you can in that time. 2 - 3 sets should suffice.
Omg. Relief...thank you. Thank you. Thank you
Thanks for the info! I wonder if my AC separation has lead to this, as it only occurs on the same arm as the separation. Also love the gym, from the looks of it there is no fluff.
You are welcome and it is entirely possible.
Sorry for the late reply. How are you now?

Thank you Mr Wong, you saved my arm. Kudos!!
Jeesh, incredible. Just two days passed and I can't feel the sour tendon any more. That's amazing. I have been bordered for 7 months and finally some true relief.
Awesome to hear - glad to be of service.
Thanks. I need this. I do archery, my bow hand has that ‘tennis back hand tension’ (but not a swing) while holding the bow.
Glad that it helped!
I've had chronic tennis elbow for about 7 months now , my doc says it will get better eventually but I still have to work (landscaper) in the meantime so I really hope this'll work..... want to go fly fishing again!!!!
Try the material out and then let me know how it goes!
Thank you so much!. I couldn't even spray my deodorant with my left hand because my elbow hurts so much using my index finger.3rd day of using you are Rehab Techniques and the pain is down immensely. Really works thanks again!
You and all those standing to your right are welcome ;-)
Precision Movement by Eric Wong I see what you did there!😂
I have elbow pain too, I have a quick question. Will I have to do these exercises my entire life? Or after a month or 2 will the pain be gone forever?
Thank you for sharing, I tend to have tennis elbow pain at times but have some type of calcification in that area or a knot “ what would you recommend to alleviate some of that pain so that I can get back to curling?
Try out these exercises 2 - 3 times per week and you should notice changes in 2 - 4 weeks.

Thank you for such a eloquent tutorial. Could you confirm what the repetition is for the flexed flair/wrist extension please?
I'm glad that you appreciate the material. Set a time for 30 seconds and do as many controlled reps in that time as you can.
This is insane. I’ve had tennis elbow since late Jan and I was gonna seek out surgery or something cus it wouldn’t go away. Discovered this video a month ago and now it’s completely gone.
Yay!
Thanks so much for trying it out and letting us know.
We are here if you ever need more advice or assistance :)

Would further like to know more about Mobility and Control from you as I engage in sports, Tennis being my passion, which involves a lot of dynamic stability, strength and explosive power output. Thanks a lot anyway

Thanks for the vid, Eric. Those walls look like that gym is serious business!
You're welcome.
Hi Eric thank you so much for the precious exercises for tennis elbow. I would like to know how many reps for the last one, that you didn’t mention. Cheers
You are welcome...try 5 - 10 reps.
Hey Eric I am doing your exercises for lateral epicondylitis constantly everyday for 13 days already and I must say it is little better but I still have little pain in then elbow and specially when I extend arm with wrist extension and when I try to grip something. Am I on a right path to heal? Many thanks
Thank you sir I will do that exercise
I'm not a tennis player but I feel that pain on the same spot in my right elbow I feel so much pain it started when I carried a big basin of washed clothes at first its slightly aches but now I cannot carry anything I cannot grip my right hand I only feel relieved every time I do a high planking still its very painful everytime I'm holding something its been three months
You can do it!
Concise and to the point. Your breakdown and exercises actually helped, thank you.
I like the dig at Dr Jo with the hand bending.
Glad it was helpful!
Try out the exercises and let us know how they go :)

@@PrecisionMovementCoach I will, and there is a pressure point in the centre of the Palm. If that point is pressed for 30 seconds and keeps repeating this 6 times a day, the very best and fastest results come out. I tried that today and am feeling good along with your exercises.
@@nickman2222 Excellent :)
Thank you for the excellent video with great exercises that I’ll be doing daily for my elbow issue. With a quality presentation and great info shared, I’m sure your channel has a bright future.
I'm glad that you like the material and thanks for the kind words!
Thank you so much for your help! I'm suffering from tennis elbow for the 1st time in my life and it's been hurting for 3 weeks... I've been trying to take it easy but it's not easing up at all. I'm going to implement these exercises to help. I'm a young 48 and I still feel too young to be dealing with this pain!! Hahahaha!!
You are welcome!
Make sure to add this exercise as well:

Thanks have tried a few but these exercises look pretty good and already feel better after once through. Will definitely be using them
Great to hear!
I do like this exercise, however, I had a ulna osteotomy and ligament repairs on the top of my hand near the wrist, the exercise on the floor its not really possible for me to do. Can you recommend another type of exercise to strengthening the wrist. Many thanks in advance
Hi and thanks for asking.

Awesome - awesome video. Will be working on these soon. Can you please do one for lower back?
Thanks...is this what you are looking for? www.precisionmovement.coach/lower-back-stretches-pain-relief/
Wonderful information. Thank you very much!
You're welcome!
You are the best youtube channel--amazing, thank you!
Wow, thanks!
Excellent, video! Thank you so much. My arm is feeling better than it has in weeks! One quick question, though. How many reps for the third exercise?
Try ~5-10 but go mostly by feel. You should notice some effect after doing a few, so it's not important to do a high number of reps.
Awesome video thank you , ive been looking for video on exercises to repair this problem
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for uploading!This works!
Thanks for watching :)
Thanks I’m going to incorporate these! Having issues from rock climbing
Rock climbing is definitely tough on the upper limbs! If you're dealing with the pain don't do any crazy power moves when you're healing and do your chasm leaps when you're better. ;-)
How did it work out for you in the end?
After doing these one time, noticeable difference in my pain levels.
Awesome!
Helpful exercises and easy to follow. Thanks!
Glad you like them!
You are a life savior.
Should the elbow be locked straight for the first one, or straight but not quite locked? Thanks very much for these videos.
You should not lock your elbow. Use control to keep it straight.
Hi thank you for sharing this buddy.
I wanted to know could you tell me how many times a day roughly should I do this?
Once a week or once a day?
😊
Don’t worry bud I seen you have the reps etc. cheers. ❤
Thanks for watching :)
Definitely take some time off of exercises that you cannot perform without pain. I'm sure that there is plenty that you can do.
Awesome and easy to follow advice
