A Vlog that aims to show life's ups and downs and the truth about grief and personal struggles. I have been dealing with grief from years ago and I hope that this video can help someone else that feels the same way. Sometimes we feel societal pressure to feel and act a certain way but it isn't as simple as that.
I wanted to share how I'm dealing with difficult feelings whilst also trying to be creative and carry on with life. I hope this encourages someone to keep going and to know that you aren't alone.
It is also my daughter's birthday party this week and I have been doing prep for her party. I want to encourage others to keep going and to use creativity to help you to deal with challenges in life. #vlog #honest #grief
