Well my Favorite Granola Gals LOVE THE BOOK!!! Well GREAT NEWS!!! My surgeon for the total reconstruction of my left shoulder has approved me to go out and do what I do best, my nature photography. Been almost a whole year since I tore out my rotator cuff but surgery and PT has allowed me to get back out there. And right on time for Fall Foliage in my 730,000 acre Forest nature sanctuary. Couple of ideas with the loquats - haven't tried them myself but they may be good. 1. Try baking them into a cobbler. 2. Try baking them in the oven, then eating with brown sugar, honey or maple syrup, and also maybe some vanilla ice cream. Love your insights on your regenerative practices with the goats. Love how you are working with them to have a more balanced native landscape. Will have to rewatch to get all the details!
You might look into Sylosanthes Hamata to grow in the area the goats go. You'd have to verify that it's safe for them, but I believe it should be. It's used as "fodder" for cows to graze on. Where they have these, the cows don't get ticks.
