Dear Friends, Try this delicious delicacy of Tirunelveli vivika. It’s another recipe from my grandma’s cook book. Nowadays most of us forgot this recipe. I have tried my best to revive this authentic Tirunelveli recipe. Enjoy the recipe 😊
Ingredients:

Idli rice - 1 cup
Raw rice - 1 cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Yeast - 1 tsp
Karupatti / Palm jaggery - 3/4 cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Moong Dal - 2 tsp
Cardamom - 3
Cashew nuts
Raisins
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt
