    I have never made jjajang at home, always chapagetti or paldo noodles ㅋㅋ. 이 음식을 해보고 싶은데 재료 하나하나의 중요성을 잘 설명해주신 것 같아요.

      As a main dish? I'm not so sure. It's seems really hard to appeal people with the vegie dish only. However, there will be some decent vegie dishes on my channel!

    Would it be a crime to put 1/2 amount of 🧅 ? I like onions but the amount of onion is out of control!

      Of course you can do whatever you want, but it won’t be the original taste. Onion is the main ingredient here, and so cooks in the Chinese restaurant in Korea preps ridiculous amount of onions every single day.
      If you want to reduce onion, then I think you may have to adjust rest of the ingredients. If not, the result may be too salty.
