I bought my 2022 Pilot in 2023 with 4,000 miles on it from the dealer. It was a demonstrator. No problem so far. I put 6,000 mi on it. I like it a lot. Maybe the dealer got a good one.
I bought a 2019 Honda Pilot way back Jan 2019 , And put 100k miles on it . Still no problem ,. Its like Im driving a new car every day fresh from the dealership... I love HONDA
My Honda Pilot is garbage too. In my opinion, Honda is living off a legacy that is no more. I received nothing but horrible customer service from them. There are unrepairable issues with my Pilot and Honda did not help me.
This is crazy and scary! I tried using the Sports mode in my elite and found the car revving on high while the car barely moved accordingly. All this time I thought that the car was too heavy to pick up speed. Moreover, for a truck that has 285 HP, it barely has power. The Mercedes GLE 350, which has around 250 HP has better pickup.

2024 Elite with 900 miles, transfer case needs to be replacd. Dealer does not know when since the transfer case is back ordered.

I just got mine in may and I am also having transmission problems, its been in the shop waiting for parts just as long as I have driven it.
What trim do you have and please update on the solution.
After 3 weeks in the dealer finally got my honda pilot elite back. They had to replace bad sensors and reprogram the computer. Truck is finally working correctly so far....but I would not buy any honda any more in my life.
