    Hi guys, I got hired 1 month ago and I've been waiting so long to tell you both that your work it's amazing, it was very helpful back then I was struggling with the process of learning the language and also now that I'm a beginner in this industry and I'm receiving my first calls. Really thank you so much guys, right now I'm able to have fluent conversations with customers and sometimes your vocabulary comes to my mind when I'd need it. I'll stay tuned to your videos and go on with the amazing job that you guys do.

    What'd You recommend to a newbie recently hired in a Call Center with a tight vocab in order to do a good job and be one of the best employees and to not suffer too much at the beginning?
    Regarding the video, Astounding as usual! I always get amazed by your surprising command of the language! 😮

    • @JoshuaTheSion
      @JoshuaTheSion 3 года назад +8

      Hi there Sebastián.
      I'm so glad to hear that you have been recently hired.
      Being a newbie is not always easy, but doesn't have to be tough either.
      The only thing you ought to do is to think ahead, and write down a draft or script so to speak.
      Think of any situation you may face in your job position, and write down a possible solution before that happens.
      So, you will be able to tackle it down beforehand.
      You will have an answer prepared for any possible mishap when working, and you won't sound like a greenhorn.
      Thanks a lot for commenting, and we appreciate your support towards us.
      Take bro

    • @JoshuaTheSion
      @JoshuaTheSion 3 года назад +2

      Well truth be told, this was based on the Versant test as she mentioned, but this is not the actual test.
      The actual test is carried out by an AI and contains several levels of difficulty, so the tricky part is that since it's not a human voice people got confused when hearing a lot of questions with multiple options and topics.
      Thanks for dropping a comment Sammy.
      We appreciate the support.

    • @HipronarySchool
      @HipronarySchool  3 года назад +8

      Hi Jeremy,
      Excellent question.
      It's important to have an advanced level in any job, but if there were a job flexible enough to require the minimum level, that would be the job you are describing.
      Thanks a lot for commenting.
