Shiddat : Proshitpatika Nayika

In celebration of International Dance Day, Tapasya Centre for Performing Arts presents to you “Nayika” through a video series.
'Nayika' is the embodiment of a woman's experience in the universal emotion of love, which is reflective even to this day.
Today we showcase 'Shiddat' (longing for proximity) a representation of a Nayika known as Proshitpatika. A depiction of a Nayika missing her Nayak who is temporarily away from her. The weather reflective of love, heightens this emotion as she recollects moments spent with him. Presenting Proshitpatika Nayika on the well known traditional composition of More Saiyan.
