Traumhaft! Der 8er ist meiner Meinung nach eh eines der schönsten BMW Modelle, die jemals gebaut wurden... Aber in Gelb, mit zweifarbigen BBS LeMans Felgen und Alcantara im Innenraum, einfach unglaublich! Optisch schöner als ein F40, zumindest meiner Meinung nach!

I love every inch of the car including the color. The BMW 31e 850i is a successful car that will be refurbished for many, many years to come. Beautifully made there in Germany.

I always admired the 8 series as a young man, and still do. The shape and style is a thing of beauty. I’ve never driven one, so not sure what they drive like. I do own an early E46 330ci , which I love. But that doesn’t get used much as it’s so nice, and with having 3 kids , well if you have kids you’ll understand.
I had a 2005 330ci black on black and I want it back! Such a fun car!
They drive a lot like an E39 with more torque. My V12 is not as rev happy as the six but it just pulls hard at 3K

While I do love seeing cars brought back to life... taking the iconic 850 and doing this to it (the rear view mirrors, steering wheel, bonnet, wheels et.c), essentially turning it in to a boy-racer car, is borderline criminal and heartbreaking :(

Would you really even think to sell this car, after having taken it completely apart, then rebuilding it from the ground up to even better spec's than what it was previously!? I would totally keep it as my daily driving car,,, it looks as good as a brand spanking new Ferrari or Lamborghini! A fantastic bmw850i revival is a fantastic project car worth doing! Nicely done! 💕👌👍😎
Great build , I appreciate the attention to detail and the passion for cars . But I just can’t get into that color . My opinion only , the silver was it !

Engine swap?
Another one of those timeless designs. Still looks amazing today. The fact that it survived this long without a "BMW E31 you are cleared for landing on runway 22L" wing and body kit is a feat in itself. Borderline sleeper but easily underestimated on the go. Yellow works well on that body.

A lot of attention to detail in this project to have the focus to complete something like that is extremely impressive hats off by the way I bought some stickers from Wolf way back when and I just worked on a customer's 8:50 and I just youtubed it saw this and it's very inspiring. Google bmw 850 csi. Select images and you see that this the way it looks. Light color makes it more obvious
@@unggrabb , did just that and i see what you mean but the right hand side is definately not the same as the left side. Check 08.00.
Love the restoration, the paint job, the amount of work and attention to detail. But would never do that to this car. That is a very expensive way to cut the value of a classic BMW by half.
I don't like BMWs but I like this one.

Great restoration, not sure about the color though
I spy pilot sports on the rear, Toyo proxes on the front. Personally love the original pilot sports. Great rubber for the money. That m70 looks awesome all cleaned up with all that fresh hardware. Most folks give up on the m70 because it has issues that the average person has trouble diagnosing due to the fact that it has two of a lot of components. Love the BBS as well. The black centers with polished lips really complements the body lines imo. Is that Dakar??? I can't tell with this crappy cell phone screen. Great build and revival of an e31.
And its begging for a 6 speed swap.
