Steven, that was TOTALLY and in ALL OTHER WAYS fabulous! I sat here and beatboxed the whole way through. I had never heard it before, either. I probably never would have listened to it, otherwise, but that rhythm...OH YEAH!!!
I kept wishing my old, old friend (she's my oldest friend since we were born...we were two when we met), and we're both old, old, so there you go, was here with me, to listen to it. I know she would have been drumming on whatever surface was around. She's the one who won the final drum spot in our high school band, back when that's what I wanted to do! She got in there a day ahead of me, so I ended up on the trumpet (cornet). That's OK. I ended up loving THAT, too, which reminds me it's nice outside. Tomorrow I WILL get my trumpet back out and get my lip back AGAIN!
Anyway...she ended up being the drummer in our little folk band, and the two of us traded off on piano, while I also traded off with our third lady, who played accordion. Sometimes we had another lady with us, who played guitar, and sometimes we had a young man who played piano with us as well. My brother also stood and sang bass with us sometimes, as well. It just depended on who was around at any given time. It was so much fun.
THIS, though, has REALLY inspired me to get BUSY, now that our weather has gotten better (I prefer to play outside, because there are so many people in the house, and so much noise all day long, as it is.

It’s super nice Drumeo always brings the nicest drummers who play the songs respectfully even if it’s something they don’t listen to. Contrary to some comments in this particular video saying how bad and not rocky this song is 🙄🙄🙄
