Hi James, I just finished your mobile bar build series. Fantastic job! It looks amazing. Can you give us an update on how the business is going in 2023? Also, I was wanted to ask if you could provide some video content about the mobile bar business in general. I’d like to hear your thoughts on the business side of things such as determining if an area is saturated (per Yelp, there are 4 mobile bar businesses in my area); pros, cons, and legal issues between a dry hire vs full service catering where alcohol is provided; what day-to-day for your business looks like and the logistics involved in making it all work. Thanks
Thank you! Head over to @rumandcoltmobilebar on insta for a few pictures of it. But it’s basically a combination of 1x3 and 1x1 rectangular/square tubing. The upper section is skinned in aluminum and the lower wood portion is tongue and groove pine
You inspired and motivated me and taught me so much, first time working with many new tools and I am proud to say I still have all my fingers LOL. I am approx 2.5 months into my conversion, approx 85% complete. This is a whole new venture for me so I would love to pick your brain from a business perspective to talk about any obstacles/challenges you have come across once you’ve launched the Mobil bar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. How would I be able to reach out?
Do you actually supply bartenders? Just looking into this and wondering what insurance or liability is? Do you rent out without a bartenders? What are rental rates? Thanks
@@TWgamerbuilder I must have replied to the wrong comment lol…whoops. Hard to say a total cost I’d say somewhere around 15-20k all together as a good guess. Obviously, that doesn’t include the few hundred man hours I wasn’t paid for…
Man I can't believe what you've turned that into. I remember the way that looked wow man you are good.
Appreciate it!

Great info, thanks for posting. Would you do it all over again?
