In my opinion, most of the Bedrock featured servers simply don't hold a candle to the console minigames. Sure there's way more minigames to play with more players in each game, but the sheer quality and soul of the console minigames simply isn't there with most Bedrock servers. The only one I can think of right now that comes close to matching the quality of the console minigames is Hive. Even with that said, it still has problems such as cheaters and toxicity amongst the players that bring it down. Its not entirely their fault, moreso the fault of Bedrock edition being easy to cheat on for other platforms such as Windows and Mobile devices. Whereas with the console minigames, there were pretty much no cheaters in sight since there were practically no hacked clients for the console editions.

Honestly the part that made the (legacy) console editions so good was the actual dedication behind it. Yeah it's still has some dedication when being developed, but it just became lost. The mini-games weren't perfect, but the love put into everything made it so good. It's just sad to see things fall apart when everything goes by in the end.

Every time I watch a video talking about the Minecraft:Console Edition I also feel a massive wave nostalgia which makes me both happy and sad. I'm sad that these mini games will never be truly replicated but I'm glad they were around for me and thousands of hundreds of others to enjoy.
The amount of depth, quality, and effort that was put into each of the game modes made each mini game a cornucopia of content. Even things that felt like afterthoughts such as Score Attack in Glide were creative and popular enough to warrant the time 4J put into those things. You could just feel the passion oozing from the developers regardless of which map or minigame you played.
Whenever I see these types of videos, I always remember three things. First of all, Minecraft:Console Edition really is the posterchlld of the saying "You either die a hero or live long enough to become the villain". If Microsoft didn't outright kill Console Edition, it likely would've been plagued by the same things people despsie Bedrock Edition for. Secondly, I always think about what 4J could've done with the minigames if Console Edition never got discontinued. What new minigames would be added, what new maps will be added to older minigames? I suppose we'll never truly know (well except for Build Battle). And thirdly, I'm constantly reminded of all the good times I've had in the three minigames. Whether it be pwning noobs or getting pwned by other pros in Battle, creating absolute chaos in Tumble, or soaring through the works of art in Glide, I've had good times in all three gamemodes. If only there was a way to bring them back. It's unfortunate it'll never happen....
But what if it did happen? There is that one tweet over on Twitter about 4J developing a new game that is going to focus on where 4J left offf with the console minigames that you have mentioned a couple of times. So contrary to what your title says, it is possible for the minigames to be replicated. It'll just take a while for 4J to make that wish become reality.

I still played on minecraft console edition until last year, when i finally switched to java. I do prefer java, but the old mini games were just really fun. I spent countless hours playing them (especially battle) and it was also nice to feel like i was actually really good at it, because of how less people play, whereas I'll probably never be at the level of some of the most dedicated java players no matter how hard i try. They were just so well-balanced as mini games and never really got boring despite being so outdated, and i wish modern games could re-create this feel.

the minigames really were the perfect answer to the console's problems with random multiplayer, unique, simple to do but with plenty of room to do more (which they did), doesn't need moderation, easy for players (even children) to play, easy to make money off with map packs (especially adding maps to the resource packs to incentivise getting them even more), they were a lot of fun

This is another reason why console edition will always be the best minecraft edition in my eyes, and absolutely would still hold that title if it was still getting updated.
I remember when these came out, hopping onto minecraft, checking out the new update, and seeing that new button. It was really the coolest thing! I never played battle or tumble very much back then because I had serious rage issues and hatred of losing, so I've never gotten any of those trophies. Now I could try and get those trophies, but man those minigames feel kinda lonely now.
Glide was always my favorite, partially because of the music, but mostly because I LOVE the elytra so much! And I could play solo, and just compete against myself, not having to worry about if I won or lost. I never got super good at it, seeing speed runs of even just the free courses blow my mind, and your speed run through cavern makes me realize just how much I could improve. But it just was so magical to fly like that. I remember I would spend ages not doing anything but just flying around having fun.
Someday I'd like to build a love letter to console edition. Maybe my own glide track. Maybe continue the tutorial worlds for the major updates. Its just that it takes a long time and building skill I don't have, and I understand why everyone uses world edit for those big projects. One of these days I'll get back into minecraft, though I know it will never be like how it was when I was younger.
Just in general, this brings back a lot of memories of grand project ideas I wanted to do all that time ago, like adventure maps or entire worlds on the level of the mashup packs. Ah nostalgia. Maybe one day I'll actually do those things.

I also really enjoyed the "spleef" one and everything was so fun. I was and never have been a fan of PVP but it made it more fun because it was my first-ever experience with anything spleef related. Nothing has really been able to give me that level of fun and I truly miss the two mini-games

tumble and glide were my jam. i used to love finding all the little secrets in the loading map - honestly that was the real highlight.
i think minigames strength was that it felt so much more… intimate. its just you and this small group of strangers, playing together, showing off together, and exploring the map together. and just for a moment, no matter how short, you were friends.
but with the public servers… every single game has a different group of people. the chat is always flooded by people you dont really care about. youre just so severed from everything. the others arent your friends - theyre either your teammates or your opponents. you arent playing with them - youre competing with them. its fun, dont get me wrong, but it isnt intimate. it isnt welcoming the same way minigames was.
a couple months ago, i decided to boot up my old xbox one copy of the game, just because. i was genuinely on the verge of tears when those first notes played, as the 4j came up on the screen. i played some tumble, some battle, some glide. i won some, i lost some. i played with friends i didnt know.
i played through the tutorial world. it was some of the purest joy ive felt in a long time. the memories coming back to me were so… powerful. even now im getting teary eyed. it felt was like i was coming home.
thats the reason minigames were so perfect. theyre home. and any bedrock server will only be a pale imitation.

Out of all the survival game maps presented through minigames i had 3 personal favorites: Frontier, city and shrunk, the tense run from mid on frontier to the edge of the train track to get a chest knowing full well 3 other people will do the same is a level of joy and stress uncompared by modern survival game servers, and shrunk simply took my aesthetic taste and made it into a map, i just love how it looks and how much detail was in it, cause you looked somewhere and asked yourself: "can i get there" and the answer was always yes! And to finish it off city being my second favorite, the constant stress of running roof to roof and avoiding the random fire as i get lost looking for chest and trying to avoid fights like a coward, and looking back on it, it has the same mood as a technoblade video, god rest his soul.
And to even further how nice it was, the soundtrack made it very enjoyable, the constant cartoony feel of shrunk and the more tense music of frontier as i rush between town and cave to better deepen the mood along with all sorts of fun knick knacks and secrets to enjoy. (great composition, id give them all a listen)

this brings up sooo MANY memories, i'm gonna share one time where in the map Castle i was an absolute beast of a monsters, i standed my ground in the dining room with iron and diamond armor with a lot of pearls or fireballs with swords axes potions etc! And i was dominating the entire server i am NOT joking when i say that the entire server teamed up to try kill me and I STILL MANAGED to win the round! Back in 2016-2019 i was a beast in Minecraft minigames, i may have lost my touch since then but the memories still stand.

Yeah I Really Love How You Took The Time And Made This I'm an OG Minecraft Player And I Miss Battle Minigame I Also Made a Similar Version Like it But a Little Bit Different And I Called it StrikeFalls And it was very similar to Battle Minigame but it was a ship you jump out of it's like a Battle Royale but Closer to Battle Minigame's First Map and when you jump out of the ship you are randomized with items and when you land you are in a Huge Dome where you can hide but it will tell the other players where you are and you would do the same thing as Battle Minigame where you fight to the death for the Win It had 5 Season's and the 6th got discontinued when Battle Minigame was not updated anymore and My Ideas for it kinda Died but it's been 4/5 Years since then and now I'm gonna Get StrikeFalls Back up at Running but with new ideas. I Aways Loved and Still Only Play Minecraft 4J Studios Only but yeah I Hope You can try to Remake this awesome Battle Minigame but a little different to.

One of my best memories growing up was playing a 3 player split screen on my friend's large tv and joining in random lobbies together on his Xbox 360, but this one time we were on the Cavern map playing online, and I managed to get a stone or iron sword, swiftness potion, and leather boots with Depth Strider 2
I made this whole elaborate ass plan to get my friend, the last one remaining, into the center at the time of the chest restock and use the potions and the boots to move faster than he could through the water without having to worry about parkour
Despite him having 2 pieces of diamond gear and a bow, my plan worked flawlessly and I won the round
Looking back, it's just a great example of the soul and quality put into these minigames, where even a lesser equipped player can outthink a better prepared player

I remembered having so much fun with this on the Wii U. I really want someone to take these world and make them into a server. Then you can have spleef, fight, and glide mini games on newer console with all the coding already their. Maybe also an option to choose with lobby you want.
Edit: my favorite pvp map was cove, followed by the fallout maps. Had so much fun in those.
