@@KingSlingRC You are right about that. The xrt has the durability, reliability, an easy maintenance, light weight of the xmaxx and the handeing of the Kraton. So yeah xrt is the best. I just think that arrma should make it plastic so its lighter and doesnt bend.
We had a little cogging when we used the Max6G2 with the stock motor. Apparently there is now a firmware update to fix that issue. However we swapped the motor to the 1250 sensored and that was a huge upgrade!
Nice...I hope those rpm arms work for you...I found they were too flexible allowing the top hub pin to come out...I run top rpm a arms with traxxas heavy duty on the bottom....bullet proof set up...mine is no where near stock and is very heavy with the max5 and 800kv castle motor with proline badlands.
Surprisingly the rear wing on my XRT has taken some hits and the mount is holding fine so I'm wondering if it got revised at some point. I did get my first upper bulkhead breakage though. Hoping for me a driver mod will remedy that in the future, Will be kind of a pain otherwise.
You would never know because Traxxas doesn’t like to tell anyone of their changes. Even though it would be more helpful, and even lucrative to tell people.
I’m an Arrma guy but finally got the newest Xmaxx. Love it but I have a ramp about like yours but not nearly as steep and it doesn’t come close to back flipping stock. I can get about 6 ft of air. My Kraton 4S can backflip all day and my Kraton 6S can do doubles if I hit at the right speed. Do you think going with the non belted sledgehammers would be enough to get the air control to where it would backflip? Or do you think I’d need an esc too? We only replaced the ESC because it was having issues. Put the high speed gears in, non belted tires, change the transmission gears, and you’ll be good. Traxxas changed the transmission gears to compensate for the belted tires. Here the video: ruclips.net/video/_MSyPKNPuoM/видео.htmlsi=AK7sV28dNSWYjRuW
The 2 best cars in the RC world right now
True
@Gienzer Just had to toss that in right? Arrma just as good after shattering everything on it 🤣😂

XMAXX kiled it, those rpm arms should last a long time. Great vid guys

That’s on the list for sure, that’s the next upgrade. Adjusting the initial throttle force up seems to help a little.
Heck yeah, dudes! Punch 7 is the way! Feels perfect on both my Max6 and Max5!
There’s just something so fun about a giant RC doing its thing! 🤘
that’s a nice ramp 👍. Long ascension for speed
Thank you, gotta make a long jump ramp soon
Great footage !
Appreciate you watching!
LOl every XRT crash seemed to be driver error and the ability to hit the ramp. :)
He’s learning, can’t drive it like a 1/10 HOSS. Bigger bash coming!
XRT front flip whaaat!?

So far they work great, plenty of flex. I’m running captures pins all around.
@redbanditracing - Can you do a video on the shoe goo and body armor process?

Sooo was he trying to break the xrt? Xmaxx looks great, xrt needs a better bash 😂
For sure, high speed gearing bash underway.
Garage life rc probably makes a flexible wing mount for the xrt? Not sure
Second one to suggest them, definitely have him check that out. Thank you
@redbanditracing yeah i got my sone one for his kraton 4s and it's taking a beating and not broken yet
@@X-MAC79ya i got them for my 4s kraton also
Thank you for helping me spend money on a X-Maxx😂. What battery packs have worked good for you
6700mah
Mini MAXX out performing XRT 🤔
Mini xrt to replace the merv would be sweet
I think a mini XRT would be a fantastic addition to the lineup!
Isn’t a ruestler 🧐 a mini xrt
I got my XRT Ultimate finally I put a heavy duty green wing mount
That’s awesome!! Anyone wanna share their ride with the channel, send pics to our IG and we will showcase them to everyone.
@@redbanditracing it’s on my channel and I pimped out my maxx slash to aluminum parts too
I’ll check it out
Great video. Thanks. I thought you guys only released your videos on Saturday mornings? Not complaining at all lol. Thanks again
Gotta keep viewers on their toes haha.

I was going to grab a Rustler Ultimate but now that I have seen the XRT......
So far the XRT seems very durable. High speed gears and new bash coming.
