This looks great! Have you ever done this but with more liquid? I’m wondering if more liquid helps with keeping the meat moist. Also, have you ever tried the brisket in the pressure cook option and then slow cook? Wondering about your experience before I try it and ruin a big chunk of meat.

Hey Doug, You've got to get an Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven. Just cooked the best steaks I've ever cooked. My wife said they were restaurant quality in tenderness, flavor, and juiciness. It won't take the place of an Air Fryer, but it cooks an amazing pizza and steaks. I'm wondering what it could do with a brisket? Smoke it for two hours, then put it in the Ooni.

🤷🏾♂️ instant pot is already a LEGEND...so at this point there is no need to bring that up. Ninja Foodi is a better all around machine tho
