Days in Japan | Mount Fuji, Kawaguchiko exploration and sukiyaki on a cold night

Mount Fuji was definitely one of my favourite locations on this trip, a must go for a first timer (but would definitely go again). It's always nice to escape the bustling cities cause the air is so crisp here.

Do you mind sharing how you chose to get to Kawaguchiko from Tokyo? I am planning a similar trip and there seems to be several different ways. Thank you for any tips or tricks!

We were coming from Nagoya, so we caught the shinkansen to Mishima station. Then caught a bus that was pre-booked from this site bus-en.fujikyu.co.jp/ that took us directly to Kawaguchiko station about a 90min trip.
