Hello Maxnoob, Thx for asking.. Yep, u can Rank him Up, bc Wiccan cannot replace dr.Doom.. Doom is champ with ability to Nullify, Stagger, and Power Control. Wiccan is champ with Neutralize abilty, he can be compared to Rintrah or Tigra 🔥🔥🔥

Ummm, yeah... He has a chance to create more plasmas on Special 2 attacks, his potential damage is from Plasma Effects.. Also, he becomes useful against shock immunity and can block an unblockable attack from cosmic champions.. If hulkling too anoying as a Defender, wiccan melts him in a sec 🔥🔥
