Hi. Try this rotation: sp3, sp1 after mlllm and than sp2. Its way better cause he places more incitrates and all sp2 turns into plasma. Point is to keep pausing incintrate. Edit: try him vs champs with buffs :)
It says plasma has the properties of both shock and incinerate but never said what dmg plasmas does?... can't be combined dmg could it? Edit: I currently have him as r3 duped and planning on him being my next r4 mystic

I used him against Nova and the match ended in kind 1.5 seconds. He basically got hit with 99 incinerates all at once. I think I think it was him. Now I’m gonna go try go Double check
