Have to admire the dedication needed to make the old girl sing again

That is a beautiful little pistol. Glad to see that you were able to get it shooting, and thankful that you brought us along for the ride.

HI Steve! Thanks for a great video. I have a couple 30 short rimfires. I'd love to get some reloadable brass for them!!

You'll have to make it from .22 Hornet brass. Trim to .525" length, then thin the rim from the front to about .047" or until the breech will close. Then look at my making .25 Stevens brass, part 2 video on how to convert the brass to reloadable rimfire.

I am amazed that you could make a rimfire using a .22 acorn blank with such a tiny brass case.
You are the man. Are you by any chance of Swiss ancestry ?

Can you please have a cup of coffee with the fine folks from The Cinnabar? They have a fine Henry Rifle in great working order that has no 44 henry rimfire.

My antique firearms playlist has 2 part video series on how I make .44 rimfire. Also another 2 part video on making .25 Stevens rimfire. ruclips.net/p/PLaI37ff_Xx68Gt1PeoXtvKtcAr3VWEUrT&si=hGU55OR1uNex6hfA

So what you're saying is this would be a bad idea to use this in a saloon shootout?
