The art of not giving a fuck. he wasn't bothered about missing the target, nor hitting it.he was just happy in the whole process of inner calm and peace from the start. As in all our lives just be happy in the present process and nothing else. It takes daily practice for years until you can look yourself in the mirror, smile and say to yourself I am free.

The bow is the individual. The arrow is life. The individual provides motion, but life takes the arrow where it is meant to go.

This is beautiful in an almost haunting way. Serene, peaceful, working to attain that which is so elusive and yet relaxing to see. Great video. I read that book Zen in the art of archery, after searching for a long time to get it, but after several readings it is still hard to understand.

I think of Zen as “being perfectly in the present moment” yet without expending any thought, energy or effort, and you and the moment become one.

The bows , the arrows , even the Archer may be different hence the angle from where the arrow has been released can also be varied but that which is matter is to reach the Target . And there is only one target .
