I can say out of all of us on RUclips building models you are easily in the top 10 best builders out there. I just subbed! You've got great skill, patience, and excellent presentation. That is an exceptional car! I'm patiently waiting for my skill to be where I need it to be before building my Lemans Ford GT 40. Maybe in the next year or so I'll attempt it as a baseline comparison for my skill level growth from that point until like 2 years later, but I can only dream of your level of quality work right now. Amazing work!
Great video, very educational! 😀 I have this kit also and will soon be building it and surely will use your build as areference guide. Thanks for sharing! Cheers
Hi from Portugal!! Very unfortunately it will not be easy to see this and other top cars where I live. Yet I adore to watch people building model cars and other machines here at the '' Poor Man's University'': The RUclips. I'd love to watch you building other models!! And 1000 thanks for this video!
This must be one of my favourite non-jdm cars and you made a great job building it. Love seeing a build from start to finish, especially as I always learn something new from you. Well done 👍👍
@@Scaleautoshop Haha, yeah I'm open to try something different! I was always a big fan of the Japanese JTCC series and would definitely like to build the Steve Soper winning BMW someday.. so that would be a start 😀
Wow, very nice. Please tell me, how do you handle the decals? I see you use some liquid before appliyng the decals and another after apüliying... What are those liquids?
Hi, could you tell me which primer you use and how you apply the basecoat number5? Nozzle, pressure and how many coats, dry or wet? Sometimes with automotive paints I get reactions in the plastic. Thank you.
Hi, use any primer you like for plastic. Number 5 is good color do not eat the plastic. My nozzle is 0.3mm and about 20psi, 3-4 normal layers were enough.
Hello, what's the name of the object you use to place the decals? I mean that brush with a soft plastic instead of bristles ... where did you find it? Thanks
i have found some for you . Not BMW M8 but still NuNu :) www.greathobbies.com/productinfo/?prod_id=PTZPN24009 hobbysense.ca/collections/plastic-model-kits/products/1-24-bmw-320i-e46-super-production-dtcc-2001-winner
If I can ever get my kit in at the hobby shop, I'll be watching this again to try to build it half as nice as yours.
you are welcome here anytime 👍

Beautiful work of art! I subscribed because I don’t want to miss any of your work.
Thank you so much 😀 stay tuned:)
И ни соринки. И клей нигде не протёк. Просто идеально. Чувствую себя рукожопом.
да какой там рукожоп, не верю) не протекает - прост я разные клеи использую.
Great job mate, nice to see all the stages together in one video.
Looking forward to what's next :)
thanks mate, the next project is R8 (some improved )
@@Scaleautoshop that's going to be a good build them hopefully. Can't wait to see it :)
Хорошая работа и красивая модель.
Благодарю вас, Сергей!
Beautiful Race car. Super build, Ron
thanks Ron!
Wow, very nice. Please tell me, how do you handle the decals? I see you use some liquid before appliyng the decals and another after apüliying... What are those liquids?
hi! thank you. i use set under decal to make it more sticky. Sol after decal to soften it so that decal can conform undersurface.
I wanna buy it done 🥺. Bro it looks better than much expensiver AutoArt Minichamps and more other brands. As a bummer fan I'd say - that's PERFECT!
thanks Max, my last car was also bmw4 330, a beast:)
Damn nice work.👍🇺🇸

Awesome! Congrats.
Thank you! Cheers!
You're welcome!
fine job
thanks for watching :)
that some lovely work.
Can I ask why you heated up the drivers safety netting PE?
hi, thanks! just to make it more softer. do not cold it in water after heating of course.
It’s called annealing … it softens the metal.
The fear of every not-skilled builder (like me): applying the decals. Are those water based?
hi, you can put it in water and then slide them to the model.
@@Scaleautoshop I bought the RASTAR kit yesterday, wish me luck. :)
wish you good luck :)
