The first time I fisged G Bay on Huron was absolutely unreal. We had 5 for 25lbs and culled enough for 2nd 3rd and 4th place in the club tourney.

I found a huge school of perch on Lake Ontario last week and was shocked to not catch any bass or walleye while reeling in perch one after another.

so crazy, was up fishing in Rainy River this week. Just made the drive back home and saw the Algoma region. Was thinking it would be a good place to fish!

Just one note, in zone 10 where you are initially fishing, bass are only open north of highway 17 year round. Not any inland lake in the area.
