Firstly, may I confirm your location please? You will only have a right to appeal if you are physically in Australia at the time of your visa refusal.
If you are outside Australia, you may consider reapplying after your situations have changed and so that you could address the reasons for your previous refusal.

Hello there, I'm Desti from education ONE.
It depends on several factors, but based on our previous experiences, if you held a Student Visa that allows you to work limited hours in Australia by the time you applied for your next student visa that got refused, then your Bridging Visa A should have the same condition as your previous visa in Australia.
The chance to be able to work limited hours will be less likely if you held a visa that did not let you work, such as a Visitor Visa.
