Hi, I am Cindy. First, you should contact the student support services at your previous provider to request the Release Letter. If you have very convincing evidence about your problem, I am sure they will approve your request to release you. However, please note that you must finish 6 months of your study to be eligible to request the release letter. After your previous provider agrees to issue the release letter, you should obtain a new CoE from the same or a different institution if you still want to continue your studies in Australia.
