I appreciate your transparency throughout the process. So many videos just show rainbows and sunshine rather than the struggles of no water, pricing, etc. Great video, thank you!
i started pressure washing and i got my 3rd client for the weekend. I tested a lot of things and i use a smaller machine. Its perfect for smaller houses and their driveways. i also spray chemicals around the driveway so there no plants anymore. After that i put sand or little stones between the stones on the ground... to fill the space between the stones and the drive way is flat. and look new. My property look new. Sorry for my bad english i tried my best to explain it.
Thank you so much and i started because of you. I thought this guy is a genius and i have to do the same thing to make my own money.
Killing it man!! Keep up the good work!
love your vids brother! informative and talk normal without always trying to act huge/better than others. just a normal guy vibe
Goal!!!!! Keep it rocking!!!
Love the energy bro. I am starting my own pressure washing business here in Florida. Thanks for all the videos. I would love to know where to get them shirts.
Congrats bro, I’m sure you will see even more future success.
I appreciate it!
Thanks for your videos a lot of good information.
What's up man. George from pressurize washing systems LLC. I have done a 95,00p sqft job and just yesterday a 36,000 sqft parking garage. What makes the job faster is just applying degreaser on the parking stalls, and using your burner with surface cleaning. And the spaces in between where the cars pass by, just use your burner and rinse. I hired another pressure washer with 2 other helpers and we finished the 96k sqft in 17 hours and and the 36k in 10hours
How much you charge for sq.ft bro,I have a huge parking lot to do next month

Congrats on the nice paycheck 👊
Wow I didn’t even realize I was already in the Facebook group…really helpful ! Makes starting off less stressful
videos going up and up in quality!
Trying to!
Another great video Austin. On another note be careful with the chemical in the backseat with Bella, if the top was to open or spill it could be fatal. I know it’s probably not open yet but be careful especially after you open it.😊😊It could also loosen. I wouldn’t keep it where the dog is. Maybe put it in a sealed container. Thanks for all you do buddy! Steve NYC.
Good looks!! Thank you
Hey Austin, you're not kidding about Bat City pressure washing being a newbie. His LLC was just filed this year in August. I can't believe he dumped money into a truck bed skid setup right out of the gate.😱
Lol yup. He’s going all out
Austin in your opinion what would you think the minimum GPM is needed to complete work in an underground parking lot? I may have picked up a parking garage job that is roughly 350 parking spots?
We rotate 3-5 parking garages yearly. Ranging from 50k-125k sqft of flat work per job. The other 80% of soft washing, pressure washing and surface cleaning is apartment work. We don't handle any residential for the most part unless we know the clients and already do their apartment work.
Incredible. How long did it take to build your business to that level?
@@edmontonlivermoore4935 about a year, but we already had the clientele since we do carpet cleaning and water extractions since 1998. So I got a ton of properties at the start, luckily.
I am in the same business of carpet cleaning, I have apartment management wanting me to give them quotes, I do some power washing on the side. Do you what’s a great range of charging. They haven’t been cleaned for 5-7 years plus. Thanks !
How much do you charge per foot? I am bidding a 104k sq ft parking garage right now.
Making it look easy!
That's a great sqft price. Down here in Corpus Christi, TX for commercial they barely want to pay 7 cents a sqft
I KNOW RIGHT
So most of the time, how do you measure the sq ft? Or did the building give you specifications?
Fire video
2023 goal hit that 20K number
What are the chemicals you use for cleaning?
How many gallons of water do you think you used on that and it's their water right
Hey Austin,I need to make a estimate for 270,000 sq.ft concrete parking garage ,how much do you think I could charge by sq.ft
Thanks
What made you go right to the heated water on this garage vs say all these other driveways n all that
You got me inspired to start my pressure washing business I was thinking about it for a while and now convinced in the Houston area. I’m officially running it this year I’ll keep you updated how it goes. I’m claiming the Houston area thanks to you brother🦾🦾🦾 motivation to everyone
Holy crap. I guess the owner of that garage has some “business” expenses to write off to avoid taxes because that garage looked much cleaner most garages we have in Florida. Congrats on landing that. I am trying to land 6 miles of sidewalk in a community that has an association.
My thoughts exactly
for car garages do you use degreaser or only SH?
I like your videos, great job man. Wheb cleaning a driveway thats colored do you use the same technique/ solution?
Yes
YO CAN YOU SHARE WHOS DOING YOUR SEO?
Were did you wash this parking garage ?
That's a nice ticket I'd give anything to be doing that a month looks good
Hey Austin, love your channel. Just wanted to know why your not using a ride on scrubber prior to surface cleaning? Or are you using the surface cleaner as a substitute??
Ride on scrubber???
Thanks for your prompt reply Austin!
A ride on scrubber is pretty much a street sweeper. Catches/collects the majority of the dirt and debris so it doesn't clog the sewage system when using the surface cleaner/powerwasher.
By the way I'm probably gonna be scheduling an advice call with you within the next few weeks as I have a few questions to ask you. Thanks!
So did you pre treat or post treat?
Tried joining the Facebook group it comes up as page not available
Hey just found this channel well done. Are you just doing a general clean and rinse, or are you cleaning gum stains as well?
Both!
Stick a 45 Deg elbow on the end of your hose, before the swivel. Makes using the S/C easier.
9-12k I’d like to start my own and specialize in cleaning parking garages, i have 20 years in drain cleaning, so eventually I want to wash and clean the floors and the drains afterwards so the customers don’t have to call another company afterwards.
What’s the estimated gasoline usage for that job…?
What chemicals did you use here?
How much do you charge a square foot?
Whats your residential sqft price for flat
Austin how did you deal with all the water run off? Where did it go?
They had their own retention ponds which is where the water went to. They were okay with the run off going there
I'm not to sure if you know where Temple TX is but I'm there do you do pressuring washing in the area?
If the job is big enough we will go to temple
Do you give a break to your system when using hot water?
You can run it like normal. Ive had no issues. Before you turn it off though i turn off the hot water and let cold water pass through before turning it off
Did you do the columns and ceiling too or just the bottom ?
Just the flat surfaces
I didn't see any water reclamation used ?
Did you use chemicals on this?
So you didn't sweep first?
what did you use to measure the square feet of the area? great work!
I had a walkable tool that measures feet. And then did the multiplication
@@AustinDavis24 next time use a floor scrubber/sweeper instead. too much work with a pressure washer
@@juicylyricstv1640what scrubber do you recommend?
What was the company who made your shirt? You said it so fast. If you could put the link in description, that would be great. Thanks
Never mind. I found them. Fin Print. They say 3 months to get an order. 2 weeks just for new order design time. Sigh... I will try 72H printing and hope they are faster.
@@waltermh111 the quality of 72hour print Dosent even scratch the surface of Finprint. Trust me I’ve had them all. Finprint is WORTH the wait. Just placed the order and then go get some hammy down shirts to use in the meantime.
@@AustinDavis24 I actually thought about this, because UZ Marketing is based on Houston and does embroidered shirts at a good cost. Would be a good starter shirt while I wait.
@@AustinDavis24 I just wonder about the cost because this is a Canadian company. I will message them and see if they can even compete. Cheaper might beat better depending on the gap. I am just starting out. I finally got my truck a week ago and now having issues getting the rig set up. The store screwed up. Delay after delay. Draining my bank T_T
Anyway, I will look into it anyway and see what is best for now anyway. Thanks
@@waltermh111 it’s pricey because they use liquid titanium that’s breathable and completely Chem resisting
Car parking garage power wash 🎉
In Florida you way under quoted it.
굿~~~
Did you sell your skid ??
Of course not. That’s my baby
@@AustinDavis24 I would like one
$10K
Sad I work for a multi million dollar plumbing company and I’ve done garages way bigger than this and they supplied me with a 100$ wand 😂 I’ve tried to get a damn surface cleaner but idk what their logic was. They lost all their jobs cause we would show up with garbage equipment 🤣🤷♂️
70,000 x .15 is $10,500.
10K
I'm guessing 7k
Close!
That's awesome man congrats. I just got my biggest pay check so far. $22k
Thats so awesome! i want that
@@AustinDavis24 I cleaned the roof of the Silver Reef Casino most of it. Hopefully they hire me next spring to clean the rest.
Sick. Great project
