My biggest commercial job is still ongoing. There's 14 phases. I just finished phase 4 and I am at $21k on this ticket. This year is going to be AWESOME!!! Another $60k to go!!! You all can do it!!! Believe in yourselves!!!! Commit. And make it happen!!!!
@@Syphyllchris Wow amazing! I'm just about to start this as a side hustle and once it picks up go all in. If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you to pick up momentum and get your first few jobs?
@Kira Yang I honestly can't remember. I took all of 2021 off and didn't do a single job. Then last year I went full force in May after 4 months of hard advertising and quit my salaried job. I made 6 figures in 2022 and I plan to double it this year.
God I would have shit myself and tripped 5 times running to the trailer😂. Curious how you got this job, my guess is google. Looking forward to the goals video!
Over filling can cause a hydro locked engine or crankshaft can foam up the oil and starve the engine of oil by the pump sucking air bubbles or in your case cause added pressure and blow by the piston seals and burn in the combustion process.
Careful rinsing after brushing the glass, if the glass is hydrophobic you don’t want to rinse without brushing, because the brush breaks the seal on the glass making it hydrophilic instead of hydrophobic so you don’t leave water spots as frequently 👍🏻 love the vids keep it up

Same thing happened to me when I changed my 4 gpm . Washer was shaking real bad so I cut it off n checked it. I let the extra oil spill out and it was good to go after.

Solid video. I don't personally agree with doing additional work for free in the hopes of getting a second job out of it. It could back fire sometimes but obviously here it really worked out for you. Maybe I'll give it a shot this year on a job, but usually I don't like to mess with anything I wasn't paid to touch. Keep the videos comin man
Hey bro thanks for the content I’ve been watching your videos, I’m about to start my pressure washing business soon can you tell me where I can get a shirt like yours for my business with my company logo? Thanks
Hey man, looking to get into this asap. I do have some questions, would love some help from you. 1) Is SH and bleach the same thing? 2) Should i worry about SH/bleach taking paint (does color of home matter?) off of homes while soft washing?
SH and bleach are the same thing. And there are some paints that don’t react well to bleach. That will happen maybe 5% of the time. Always good to do a test spot on a chill location
@@AustinDavis24 Definitely understandable, I may use some premium oil so I can go an extra couple of hours between changes, maybe 125 instead of 100 hrs
@@paulsuli3581 It looks pretty normal to me but there doesn't seem to be a proper drainage so it just sits on the ground and had you changed to grow on the concrete. It's very normal for gutters to collestuff and if it isn't allowed to seep into the ground or drain away from the building this is bound to happen. It's natural and there is not what you can do about it. They could fix it but they would have to terrify the concrete and create a slight trench going from the drain to the grass area, or create a deep trench that the spout would lower into and have a grate over it.
love it man.. two questions: 1. what kind of phone/camera do you use to record with? 2. what would you recommend for my little 2.5gpm pressure washer to start out softwashing, downstream with a jrod or an x jet? i've been doing a LOT of research and watching tons on vids but i just can't decide which setup to invest in.. as my budget is a tad limited thanks!
That is correct. But i take the 12% and dilute it through my mixing system so by the time it comes out the gun its about 3% on this type of post treating.

Yes it was from google originally! We did it last year as well
Good stuff. Thanks for the free education.
Great video Austin, I’ll make sure not to over fill on the oil change I’m going tomorrow 😂

Nope. Streak free!

@Pascual Desolo what
Good to see you back, great video. If no hot water, do you think Dragon Juice is a good option for cleaning asphalt?
$12 a pane exterior glass only is alot! But a good score.
I've heard of $17 per exterior only but I don't remember where the guy was from.

1.3 quarts
Considering you have a new engine and pump, I'd switch to amsoil on both, change them every 150 hrs

What are you using to post treat after you get done washing it
Are you running the burner while doing the flat work, and is it faster and cutting down on chemical use?
It helps for sure. Yes I’m running the burner. It helps dig a little deeper. I can go a little faster as well.
Thanks for the reply and info…..
What do you use for post treat
dang you was hungry .......lol
Sick.
Where can I get that chemical ratio chart for proportioner box. Good for EE's as a reference.
Do you still use thryv? or u only use markate?
Both
What % do you post treat with?
3%
Hi Austin, new at the business, are you using 12% SH mixing with water to pre and post treat ?
That is correct. But i take the 12% and dilute it through my mixing system so by the time it comes out the gun its about 3% on this type of post treating.
Is that $12 per window exterior only?
Yes
How much SH did you run through doing this job?
Ehhhh, like 20 or so gallons.
46x12 = 552
👍🏽
Rip off
Lol
