I have a natural wood dining table as well. I’m the 5th generation to inherit it. What we have always done to keep it smooth and looking good is linseed oil. Rub it in with a rag that you’re willing to throw away (follow directions, linseed oil can combust, so you need to lay the rag flat to dry before throwing away). The linseed oil gives it a tiny bit of color, mainly because it moistens the wood. But it keeps the natural wood healthy and happy. ❤

@@CheapCraftyGirl if your in pain take it from me, don’t wait to long to go to a orthopedic, you heard a pop and you might need a X-ray and maybe a cortisone shot, you have to much to do to do it in pain, and in the end need to go to the dr anyway… I have been there and wasted 5 weeks only to have to go to orthopedic, within a day after I saw him with medication and a shot I was good as newXO
