I look at alot of tiny house videoes and they basically are almost pretty much in the same pattern but this tiny house has its own style and it is just beautiful.A creative way of using the space, alot of storage and all the utilities you could need.I think it is creative and functional and I wish you guys alot of good fortune in your future enterprises.
It’s like they thought of everything
It’s actually a very well written and comprehensive book ruclips.net/user/postUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 . I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.
Out of the HUNDREDS of tiny house videos I've seen this is by FAR my favorite! Actually manages to keep a modern luxury feel which I don't see much in tiny homes
All yours for the price of a 3 bdr home lol
@@sheenaalexis8710 Yeah but if a wildfire shows up, you can tow this to safety.
I’m still looking for the second video with the decor. This is my very favorite tiny house and I NEED to see the decor!

i K. Thank u! ❤️
The cutout corner in the design would make a great space for an outdoor shower. Especially since the design of this home has been built to maximize outdoor living. Lovely design 👍
I agree! Perfect place for outdoor shower with water access right there. I love the garage door idea too.
I was thinking extra wood storage.
I had not thought about it but yes you are right!
@@IffySquishyI woukd so that under the gooseneck personally. More protection from water.
WOW ... Love the layout, the levels, the design, the wood finishes, the colour palette, the amazing clerestory windows and garage door, the open live edge shelving set against the triple windows, the flooring choice, fireplace , choice of tap ware, leather handles, back staircase idea and so on ad nauseum. This place blew me away. Oh how far the Tiny House Movement has come. The option for an off grid solar/battery array and water tank storage under the kitchen gives great flexibility too. I have seen hundreds of THs and this example is superlative. Well done ... such a beautiful, sleek and contemporary design.
so you like it all ? Wow
I really like the back staircase. I especially like that big living room at the goose neck. It makes me feel completely separate from the rest of the house and not claustrophobic.
Only one I have seen that makes me feel claustrophobic. love the modern style tho
I love that they put a cat toy on the front of every drawer and cabinet!
Cat has been there a week and not touched a single drawer pull! Didn't even think of that till i read your comment, ha
Scott Berrier Is this your house?
@@scottberrier2311 is there an updated video of your home decorated? I’d love to see! How are you liking it? (Assuming you still live there). Gorgeous space.
That’s so funny that some people are saying it’s the worst! This is the BEST layout for the tiny home I’ve ever seen! I’ve seen tons of tiny homes and this one is actually my favorite. I would buy this one! To each their own I guess. 😂
I'd add a second bedroom and a second loft... But I have 5 people in my household, so this lifestyle is likely not going to work for me anyway
because you felt for the nice wooden design elements. but if you look closer you may see that this is just impractical layout for one to actually live in it.
Mario Mueller that’s actually not why I fell for it at all. I think the design elements are perfect. It has a lot more open of a plan then most tiny houses and I like that open feel. I also love the idea of the garage door that opens because it will make the house feel a lot bigger and even when it’s closed you can feel like you’re in the middle of nature even while you’re inside. I thought that each nook and cranny and stair had room for storage and yet the house didn’t feel cramped. Almost every other tiny house looks so cramped. This one is perfect because I have claustrophobia and while I love the idea of a tiny house, I know it wouldn’t normally feel practical for me but this one feels open, airy and light. Also, you want to know the one other thing I’ve always said that a tiny house would need if I bought it? Even if it would take up a lot of space? A bathtub. Just like the one in this video. I would get rid of a few things if it meant that I could have a bathtub like that one and an open sitting room with gigantic windows.
I think this one is perfect. I really wasn’t joking when I said I watch a TON of tiny house videos and look at floor plans and such. The only two things I would change. 1. I would raise the ceiling in the bed loft because the ceilings are always too low in those and I would feel cramped and 2. I would add on a deck that would extend beyond the sitting room and would create a seamless indoor and outdoor transition.
I guess we all have different reasons for wanting a tiny house but this one is the first one that I actually legitimately thought that I could realistically live in, knowing myself. But like I said, to each their own I guess 🙂
I like the layout in general but instead of the cabinets at the entrance I would use that space for a table or couch. Those feel to claustrophobic. The rest is awesome, that loft is genious. I love when the stairs to the loft are behind the bathroon, that feels more open inside.
@GarThow Son of Odin - There are tiny houses designed for larger families but it depends on the family and how comfortable they are sharing spaces...
An example of a family of 9 living in around 450 Sq Ft can be found on the Kreke Family youtube channel...
ruclips.net/user/jkreke1videos
And there have been up to 16 people living in tiny homes, to get an idea of the actual upper limit. Though, definitely not for everyone...
But you can do things like instead of a loft you could do stacked bunk beds that can provide three levels of sleeping space and people have done 2 bathrooms in these as well and a little more is possible if you don't need an open floor plan and can compartmentalize it more.... Like these two examples of three bedroom Tiny homes...
ruclips.net/video/4o1Sjx2utzc/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/z-meQ-7Wz0E/видео.html
Mind, they can go bigger than this as well, especially, if you don't need to move it once placed... While those on foundations don't really have a size limit and a small house for a big family is still tiny living because the space is shared and isn't all given to any one person...
Though, people have also just gotten multiple tiny homes that they can combine to form a larger home for families as well, and can repurpose or sell off the extra units when their needs change... So lots of different ways to make it work...
This in one of the few tiny homes I can see myself living in. It would be like living in a work of art.
It has massive storage space but for the size it feels full and clustered. The raised floor in the kitchen seems useless to me, very impractical. Do like the outside look of the house.
If you were building it for a remote location ALL of that space would be needed for water, batteries, controllers, waste water. Right now its set up to connect to municipal services for all of that. But it was designed to enable being offgrid later.
Beautiful. Love the layout. Stairs in back are my favorite. Only thing I would change is shower, no bathtub.
Patricia Millar me too, but tub looks inviting
It is a shower too. He said they are installing the hook later, for a higher position. I love it!😊
I haven't even seen the interior yet. The exterior is stylized *superbly* ♥️ The 3 finishes add uniqueness. LOVE. Excited for the rest of the tour...
The camera is stable and slowly pans. Good job!
audio is poor, and don't tell us how much storage there is, open the drawers and doors and show us! That's the beauty of video.
WONDERFUL JOB. I WANT ONE ... when I retire and the kids are gone! I am so impressed, you did a fabulous job and I am sure your client is thrilled.
The windows, skylights, and gorgeous soaker tub make this 'Tiny' a true winner. The exterior is superb in its own right. ♥️
I would like to purchase one of these. Can anyone tell me how?
This is my absolute favourite tiny house!!! I would use that small recording room as a closet!!
OMG! I LO\/E the floor plan!!!! There's nothing worse than walking straight into a kitchen and just a couple dishes, mugs, cups etc. sitting there that aren't washed quite yet., in a regular sized home. This is perfect!!!
Best Tiny House I've seen so far. The layout is perfect and that little "room/studio" would be a GREAT closet. Leaves more room in loft for the bed and maybe the nightstands. Awesome job, guys!!!👍🏼👍🏼💖
Ill admit cleaning the sides of the tub would be difficult but over all I love it. I'm a solitary person and never have company over so I dont mind having access to the loft via the bathroom
Do viewers actually watch the video? And realise custom builds are catered to the buyer's needs? It really gets tiring in the comment section lmao
Unfortunately, seeing doesn't automatically lead to understanding. The overall problem is our society has indoctrinated many misconceptions into the way people view and think about things.
Resulting in a loss of empathy, understanding of diversity, and general lack of understanding of things like financial literacy...

I LOVE THIS HOUSE! I'm addicted to tiny house videos and this is my fave by far!!
My favorite thing in house EVER!!! So much style 🖤
I really like the contemporary feel you have accomplished. This presents a whole new approach... so many TH’s are all looking alike and this is a whole new design I have not seen before. While so many folks can’t see beyond what their own color choices, I really think you did a great design here and it can lend to many different customizations. I tend to be more traditional and this still really appeals to me... Great job!
Yes Fred Stahl I agree with everything you wrote 👍after a while most of them all look the same.
I usually don't comment, but I don't care for all that negativit people are posting. It's ok to be constructive, but perhaps that's what the client wanted also watching a video is not the same as when you see the tiny house in person. You may pick a design from this tiny house and another from another tiny house and so on and create what you want. I also appreciate the quality of the video, clear and not shaky 😊 I'm in NYC so I'm happy you guys are not far for when my husband and I are ready... Can't wait! I wish you guys the best 🙏
Fred Stahl
I like the modern color combo. Because the dark portions are charcoal grey-black, it lends to the home owner just about any pops of color accents. I especially like that the stairs don't go high and steep. Allowing standing room in the bedroom and safer to walk up and down. This home is sturdy. Also, it's well thought out to put steps having access to the bathroom, so if one has to use it during the night, there's no major issue to navigate.
@petnzme01 You have a point! I lived in a traditional home, 2400 sf, with 5 boys and had the same problem because the "powder room" was near the front door and only steps away from the open concept family room/kitchen. Wish I'd known about Poo Pourri then! (no more smellies, mist bowl water beforehand). One can also make a spray with essential oils, and would solve this issue.
Beautiful home, loving the back steps going to the loft.
This is THE BEST by far of any living space I've seen so far. So well put together. The nicest one I've seen ever! Yvonne Chaboya I wish I could own one!
I love this house especially the tub and the dark paint in the kitchen cabinets
I’m not into tiny homes but this one has me sold...great job!
For such a big footprint, the house seems like it could get pretty claustrophobic with how bulky and divided it is. Not the best design IMO, but if the owners are happy that’s all that matters.
Then you're not cut out for the tiny house lifestyle or maybe you want a tiny house that's the same size as a 4 bedroom perhaps? For a tiny house, this is the best use of space I've seen.
Love it!
I agree with Kevin. This one seems cramped.
Dark colors and too much going on in the middle of the house, for me it is a claustrophobic design, wonder if the client was advice or not
I love this entire home and design!! The dark wood, the leather handles, the beautiful staircase, the best living room.... Just perfect! I'd only change the position of the toilet and move that into its own nook like a Japanese style bathroom.
I love the extra space a gooseneck trailer gives. 🥰
The pullout island is great. I want a very small kitchen area...fully equipped but very compact. That island solves a huge problem. Thanks.
I wouldn’t personally live in this one, but the design is remarkable. Really gorgeous with the wood tones and leather.
Hello Nikki
I really like the exterior, the interior color scheme, and the hidden stairs.
It certainly has a lot of features. I would rather have the gooseneck area be the bedroom, but that’s just a personal preference. I do like the idea of a garage door wall that opens on a deck.
Best looking tiny home I ever have seen.
Beautiful! Love the pull out work space in the kitchen with storage beneath. Very cool garage door to outside deck, so much light! Love that tub/shower in the bathroom. So much storage, what an amazing livable space. Thank you!
this is a perfect layout .. the tub is the bomb of this tiny house ..
I LOVE IT TOO!
I love how you though of kitty!!!!
This is one of the best looking tiny houses and the space is so well utilized, that even older people can live comfortably in the house. Unique, great design and very practical gorgeous tiny house.
I love ❤️ it ... I need one, exactly the same. Best tiny house I’ve seen. Enough storage for all your needs
When you do the next one, turn up the mic. But a beautiful layout.
Exactly my thought 🙄🙄🙄😀😀
For all the lovely items in the house, it looks like they gave the floor plan job to a 5 year old. Absolutely chaotic. The 32' feel is lost on it. Who puts a fireplace IN FRONT OF A WINDOW??? Amazing 😓
I think it looks really nice but was wondering about the safety aspect. Will the heat affect the window? Also I suppose the window probably can’t ever be covered when fireplace is in use...
Absolutely breathtaking! I am in love with this unit. Incredible build!
I love this .one
Two bedrooms with sitting areas
Watching tiny house videos since 3 years now and this one made it into top 5
This is by far a great layout and design i just wish these ppl would get more into pricing and about the process of it all i mean one thing is to buy a tiny home but what about the most important like having to buy a lot to park the home or what truck is best to tow it or how U will need xtra money to have it delivered to you etc...show us more behind the scenes of what it really takes to own a home like this and the bottom dollar for the newbies and clueless like me
I AGREE!!!
Fabulous design. I would choose much lighter colors for those beautiful cabnets but that really is lovely.
OMG, a tiny house on wheels with a full sized (small but not tiny) kitchen & bathroom & storage!
Wow. Amazing. Beautiful outlay
4:00 when he enters in the apartment
( for who doesn't have time to listen to his intro)
After watching a lot of RUclips videos over the years I’ve come to realize most people’s complaints are based on what they personally want and like. If it isn’t exactly what they would pick out for their needs and where they live or to their style the product is wrong and bad And should not exist. Not that people aren’t entitled to their opinions, I Just hope more people could see things beyond their own perspective.
This would seem to be a discussion forum. Rudeness of course, is a waste of time and I doubt many pay attention to it. However, some might be thinking of tweaking designs to fit them. So I really don't see a great use for posting "WOW! Beautiful!" or suggesting that others who don't say rainbows and unicorns are in any way degrading the beauty of this home or its fitting the desires/aesthetics and needs of the owner. Stating the obvious, as many like you do, is what I find very tedious.
Thank you much was thinking the same thing🤔
Remember, opinions are like @$$holes - everyone has one and they stink. 😉
Joe Craig You are probably not married! LOL! "Stating the obvious" is called REINFORCEMENT, showing APPRECIATION for a job well done. The Comment Section is for COMMENTS i.e. the FREEDOM to express an opinion in a FREE country, even if it has already been said.
Love this design!
I love this tiny for me, the contrasting colors and all windows and wood. The home gave me a zen feeling, I especially love the tub and how the stairs are more stable then most I've seen for safety reasons. Having the view of the bed out of site is attractive as well. I can appreciate the thoughtful and specific design details for the owners, including the cat litter box hidden away. I can't wait for the next video to see it furnished. In my mind I can see lots of pops of color and ways to decorate it while creating warmth. One thing that I’m not clear on is why the fireplace is located in front of a window, I would think there would be heat loss unless the window is new thermal technology rather then double pain windows. Very nice!
I think we all agree that it's beautiful and would love to have one the question is How Much!!!
I love this tiny house! It has all the comforts of home
How much was the cost to build it?
Unique and interesting. Can't wait to see it furnished.
As of March, ‘21 Liberation says they are booked up until April ‘22. I’m not sure I can wait a year to get such a beautiful build. SO MUCH competition in this market.
The wood stove is in kind of a strange place. It doesn't give you the option to sit and watch a fire.
KMF agreed it’s the main thing I didn’t like
And in front of two windows..
I’ll be moving the stove to where I can see it and swing this cabinets around to where the window won’t be
This was great! Really liked all the wood accents. I do agree that for the final video you should pull out all the drawers/closets, but overall just a really lovely home!
Wow!...so stunning
My absolute favorite tiny home for sure! 💜
Starting price $110k(according to website) for those wondering
Omg. I am in love with this house!!! I like the idea of the big door of the designated living room. (My preference would be French doors with a fanthom screens to the big outdoor deck). I would prob go with radiant heating with a fake fireplace in the living room. Then could put the dining room in the vestibule by the front door. Love the roll out island and hidden laundry. I like the stairs at the back and not taking up space the living space. I always wondered if in the loft there could be a lower walk around the bed then closets on either side. There are small things I would change for my preferences (colours, fittings , countertop) but I like the overall layout.
Ruth Ann Flour OMG ... fake flame radiant heating (!) ... your preference speaks volumes about your total lack of taste. Yuk. The layout is fantastic and the Danish metal fireplace is a stand out ... imagine the cosy ambience with a log flame flickering at night and the smell of woodsmoke. Your 'rearrangement' sounds cluttering and I hate to imagine what your colour scheme and accessorizing would be like if your preference is for fake flame 'fireplaces'. The black, neutrals and wood finishes are spot on.
Yes Liz. To each their own. I love this design. Don’t hate any of it. So many fantastic features. Just would make small adjustments for my taste. I did not say fake radiant flame heating. I would heat with radiant floor heating. I am glad you really like this home as is but would hope that you too would make it “your home” with personal touches. Instead of negative comments about others likes/dislikes why not dare to dream of how you would make this your home if you had the chance. Have a great day.
Absolutely stunning!!!
I really like the interior and exterior. My daughter would get the loft and the one with the garage door would be my bedroom/ art studio!
THAT'S HOW YOU CONDUCT A VIDEO TOUR! Even I'm not into this house, I enjoyed the tour and watched the whole thing. Good job.
Fennilyn Tugaoen
It was as amateur as they get.
I always wonder about these bump outs especially in the back all the way to the base, what about bounce and hitting while travelling? Anyone have input and solutions for that? Also can you give more infor on the garage door? Normally those doors are very drafty and never really have a good seal. Very beautiful, what was the weight, was there issues in transport anywhere and what cost of fees were involved? Thanks and lots of prayers, blessings and good joyful journeys.
Most bestest nicest small home I have ever seen, to date. Thank you for sharing.
Just plain awesome.
such a small space filled w steps so you walk three steps then stairs it's an obstacle course
I’d love to hear what this goes for too$$? I myself would reverse the location of the living room and kitchen only bc I don’t like galley kitchens. Beautiful build! I’f love to know what one costs to build?
Ugh so beautiful!!!! Great job!
this home is simply stunning in its design implementation and craftsmanship, koodos for the choice of materials, color scheme and finishes. Top notches in my book
Wow, a lot of hate in the comments for this tiny home. It sounds like most of what he was doing was due to the specifications of the client. I think it's mostly beautiful... Although the black cabinetry does nothing for me. I will say, though, I was really frustrated by him not pulling out more of the drawers and opening more of the cabinets or closet.
not specifications of the client but the owner trying to sell it that's why it sucks it's an obstacle course
@@sleepingbeauty229 he's not trying to sell it. It sounds like it was already sold to a client, hence the client's specifications. To each their own I guess. I don't think it's an obstacle course at all.
@Sleeping Beauty - punkpine is correct, this is a custom build they're making for their client. So it's to their client's specifications... They're just showing it off as a demonstration of their work, which is why there's no listing for its sale and just a link to the builder's website...
Beautiful craftsmanship! While i enjoy the originality of the floor plan, i'm not a fan of how "compartmentalized" the space is (personal preference). I'd feel way too confined. I prefer simple, open floor plans. Hats off to the builders level of detail, fit and finish!
Very cool. Nice flow and great added storage.
Beautiful ! Beautiful ! Beautiful ! Well done guys.
I think tiny homes would definitely benefit from a high ceiling, its too crowded
This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen!

Hello Michelle
It's a nice home. I love the pull out island and that huge tub😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 I love the wall cabinet because I need lots of storage but I don't believe its ideal for me and my 2 kids
Elegant! Bet it will be fun getting that CaliKing in place...
Should be no problem with the garage doors, then lift the mattress all the way to the loft.
It was a purple mattress. Came rolled up, brought it in through the front door, lifted it over the head board. Unzipped, unrolled, and good to go!
he said gooseneck like 100 times in the first minute
This is great for those who like sleek minimalism. Nice job and clean lines.
So unique! There is clearly a lot of thought put into this
Is nobody going to mention that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom!!!! Weird! 😂
It wouldn't bother me. After all, the bathroom is the last place I go before I head off to bed.
I like this feature
Sketching With Emy not something I would want. Smells rising to the bedroom, 🤢
Ya really stupid. But they will enjoy smelling their poop while sleeping 😂😂😂💩😂😂
I’d convert the garage into a living room 😊
Very nice! 😎 Love the garage door and that bathtub!
Love this design.
Brilliant and beautiful. This is the best ever, especially if you appreciate modern architecture and design
Video is hard to hear. At least for me.
And for all who r complaining and don't like it, thus was made according to what the client asked for and not necessarily what they would choose, or know to be the most durable materials.
I love it. I have a few dogs including a medical service dog, so steps into the loft are absolutely necessary.
so many ways to trip on steps. Watch out when using the fridge! Move the entire work island when you need something from the fridge. sexy view of bather and toilet when another person needs to access the loft, block windows wherever possible with smokestack or shelves....this is like a contest for bizarrely counterproductive design.
This is stunning! 🙌👏💖
Love this house.
Beautiful tiny home love the layout.
Questions- axel size, trailer weight?
Awesome storage in this beauty!! love love everything!!
Absolutely awesome and beautiful
The overall design theme is lovely. But please remember to open the doors for more of the kitchen storage and fridge so we can see on the inside. Where is the door to separate the kitchen from bathroom? I did not see any pics of engineering system in the tiny house such as a water heater or water filtration system etc...
you can see a pocket door for the bathroom. he didn't show it, but it is there.
They're a custom builder and this isn't being listed for sale. Only a link to the builder's website... So it's a tour of someone else's home just to show an example of their work.
Meaning, everything is customizable and they're really marketing their services and not this particular home. So all details are really up to the client and what they want...
I want to know how much this $$$$$? It is stunning. Wow.
Absolutely gorgeous design use the space the best I've seen in all my research
Susan Sirianni these people never just get to the point. And normally the price is so high it defeats the purpose
