You can tell crochet projects can take longer than you think when she says I finished another projects yesterday the hellfire sweater do you know how long ago that was!
Super cute!!! I would love to see the colors in person, I doubt the video does it justice. Math note: you can make the panels an odd number of squares wide, you just need to make sure to start one panel with one color, and the other panel with the other color. That way they both start and end with the opposite color as the other. Trouble starts only when one is odd and the other even.
Oh I also have a suggestion for the crop sweater thing! You could maybe make the ribbing of the sweater 2 to 3 times longer than it is currently so it's pretty long then TUCK the ribbing into your jeans, so it then looks cropped when the sweater hangs over the edge slightly but you won't run into the issue of the sweater itself rising up!
I would call the necklines on your previous sweaters a crew neck, but maybe I'm wrong. Love that you show your process of making sweaters - I'm sure you inspire so many people to give it a go at making things!!!
Certain hooks snag on certain yarn. It’s the same with splitting. I find my bamboo hook doesn’t split yarn, while my metal hook frequently does. Hopefully you have several hooks to choose from! 😀
I love this sweater and the changes you've made. I love that you explain your thought process. I have a thought on the fit of your neckline if you do this sweater pattern again. Consider the top center of the back square. Where your neckline will be, you could stop the top row of stitches where the back of your neck would start and change to slipstitches across that part and then resume the taller stitches on the other side of the top row. Or tie off there and resume on the other side of the neck area. You'll gain a few stitches to get your head through easier.
When I saw you get the orange and pink I very selfishly was hoping you'd make checkered with them.... cuz they are so awesome together!!! And thenend result was absolutely AWESOME! Love the collar and colors 😊😊
Quite literally just woke up, this is a wonderful way to start the day!~. Currently working on a hexagon cardigan with a bunch of cotton yarn i havent used yet, turns out premier cotton yarn is really soft compared to most ive used. I really like the vibrancy of the colors you picked, especially the orange, then again i love orange so i may be biased~.
I would really appreciate a tutorial on how to make my left hand cooperate with crocheting, because i can knit but i can't crochet because my left hand will not hold the yarn right.
Great job! Looks great. I was just thinking that you could of done a odd number of squares and still matched the sides on the front and back, you would just have to switch what the back is to the front. If the front ended and started in a orange square, you would just have to make sure that the back started and ended with a pink square
looove the colours you chose! are you gonna be making any summer clothes on your channel? im crocheting the abula tank from mmmaking and going to be sewing the anna allen pomona pants and shorts soon too

I love your cats.
So cute! Making the collar in two pieces will also give the same point on both!
This looks so cute 🥰 and Totoro is my fav omg. She needs to star in more vids lol.
I don’t crochet (am a knitter), but I enjoy watching your videos. New subscriber! 😊
Love it! The colors and the collar were so good together and the fit looks awesome. The semi-remake of the pastel version was such a great idea
Pink and orange is my favorite color combo, love this!
That really turned out great, nicely done Michelle.. 😀👏👏👏.
Really happy to be getting back into crocheting, I wasn’t for a few months but you encourage me to get back into it!
The timing of this video is perfectly in line with my current patchwork sweater. (Which is black, white and red.)
Gotta be honest I keep looking forward to your videos every week ❤

Super cute! I love how vibrant this one is, but I feel like you could go even brighter. Next checkerboard sweater in neon! 😂
One of my favorites yet of yours! Looks amazing!

True! But knowing me i would 100% mess up somewhere 😂 even squares make things easier for me lol
Omg the dial up math tone killed me. The jumper looks awesome but I think its too bright and you'll never wear it until you fix the collar 😂❤❤
😂😂
I love love love how that looks on you. It fits you so, so well.
This is cute!! Im gonna try this one but in diferent colors ❤❤❤ thank you for sharing🙏
It’s so cute! What method do you use to join each side together?
So cute! Loving that collar!
