Good summary. I ended up buying in Plano. In 2018 I was just driving Heath and could have snagged an estate home for $490k. Same house is $840k today. Super mature trees, whack kitchen but had a pool. When it is time to sale this Plano home, definitely hitting you up

Thank you, wow I mean Plano is still a good area! But definitely the environment here is unique in its own way. You know where to find me :) I’ll be glad to help ya!

Where are the middle class communities in all these cities 😅…

Heath was mostly upper middle class when I grew up there in the 1980's/90's.
There were some big estates, but also several small housing additions. Most of Heath was farms, and cow pasture.
There was one shopping strip with a beauty shop, a contractor office, and a Small engine repair shop.
There was only one store. It was called Brady Boys Country store. I worked there. We had the best BBQ and big greasy hamburgers.
There was a city hall/ police fire station.
That was the whole town. We all knew each other.
I miss it. It's all been ruined.
