I love The Folk of the Air series. It’s one of my fave YA fantasy romance series. I still have to read the novella, The Lost Sisters. Think it was published between TCP and TWK. Have you read it? I'm sad you didn't read Sorcery of Thorns because it's like my absolute favorite book, but I know you will get to it. I did enjoy the Folk of Air series too, though I think I like the Enchantment of Ravens better which is actually also by Margaret Rogerson. I read Enchantment and Cruel Prince around the same time so the stories kind of intertwined for me and I have a hard time separating them in my mind honestly. PS your sweater came out really cute!!
I read the series like three months ago and was SO INTO IT! 😭 I felt kind of empty after finishing it lol About the tail... Well, I felt weird reading about it during the ✨sexy times ✨ and basically forgot he had a tail till this moment... and then forgot again lmao

I read that one and then devoured all her other books. Coming off of the Folk of the Air you might like An Enchantment of Ravens more. Both are amazing, but Ravens is fairies, while Thorns is sorcerer. Major similarity to Howl is an understatement. Both books also have that colorful immersive quality that Ghibli films have. Where you are plopped in a universe that you don't know, but somehow seems real and consistent?
everytime i read the folk of the air series i genuinely block out his tail. i just ignore it completely. i just can’t get into stuff like that and cardan is perfect so it just disappears for me hahahah
