  • Hello all! In this video we discuss attack values! I attempted to clean up the audio but there's still some shuffling 😭.
    If you want to take part in the experiment please follow the instructions in the video and provide the following in the comments.
    Full attack damage and Attack%
    Damage of each subsequent hit and Attack%
    The goal would be 2 or 3 attacks if possible but if you want to do all 10 I do not mind. Try to avoid reducing other stats across multiple hits.

    I don’t quite follow the argument for the damage being “multiplicative” and attack being “additive”. But I have been testing on doom and mother. I have an identically leveled Tifa and Zeus (4.2 stars each) and other things all held equal Tifa is ~3m more damage. C29 lra a bit over 300. Damage output is deterministic.

    Hello man, excellent videos you made. Thank you for these infos.
    The problem with the damage is the base value. For example: 100 of damage base, and you get 1000% bônus total, when you remove 20% you still have 100 base damage with 980% total bônus. The difference between the two attacks aren't 20% because of that. The same thin happens with time reduction for construction and recruitment, the officer gives you a certain amount of bonus, but if you calculate it will be less.

      That would be accurate if I changed any of those values during the calculations. I am not changing any other element other than the attack between hits, so the difference from one hit to the next will be just the removed values. I am doing another version of this where what you are saying is accurate soon though. One where I am attempting to calculate the exact percentage of value from attack.

      @@FeralVincent yeah, but if you want to test LRA you must isolate their damage. You are including the titãs damage in the count. I think the most accurate would be a 1:1:98 with t1-t2 units and the LRA you want to test (without titans). That way the units will just keep the LRA safe and not influence a lot in the damage like the titans do.

      @@Naummm Depends on what your trying to solve for. The 1/1/98 would have similar issues with zombies.
      What I can say is in any equation if you only change one variable then that's the difference between the two answers. That's why I removed anything with a random chance. That's also why in my next video I also removed everything else. I had it down to a single unit that does predictable numbers.
      I have a very isolated video coming Thursday. It's rendering for release but I am busy tomorrow. The results are interesting but disappointing.

    Question. In an attack, should I replace a level 12 Aeon with a level 12 Big Dog?

    • @FeralVincent
      @FeralVincent  Год назад +1

      No I wouldn't replace Aeon. Her base stats are higher but more important she is always a good officer to have.

    • @Naummm
      @Naummm Год назад

      If you going LRA in Iron Grip's doing 1:0:99 and you have an Aeon 1 star, she will be useless, you can try replace her even with the Rattlesnake (green officer with all troops attack bonus).
      But if you already have 2 stars and some extra LRA skill on her she is probably better.

      I want to give you a wildly "it depends" answer. I would say in general after a year the clock is counting down. For us it was a year and 4 months. Some get it in less than a year but it's super rare.
