Konkan Railway on the west coast should Quadruple Railway Track's, from single track to four tracks begining from Mumbai Kurla complex to Goa, Madgaon, Mangalore & Cochin atleast 2 addtional tracks to run Hgh Speed Bullet Train and the same HSR line can be connected Via Guajrat to New Delhi givng it a wider reach to South India to North India will be very helpful in sending war material, food items and millitary personal to war zone on Noth west Frontier. Since India has already have the capability to build advance technologically Railway Undersea and difficult moutain terrain.
