Will it Work? Is a series where Kevin from Video Game News Radio and Oblast Radio goes through his console collection and tries to see if his consoles work or not. Note, this isn't a show about the history of the consoles you see. It's just a fun test to see if they turn on, and how they look once running.
On this episode, Kevin looks at the Pocket Dream Console from Conny/Takara Tomy. Released in 2005. One of the earlier clone system handhelds. There were later units branded as PDC, but unknown if they were made by Conny or were just ripoff clones... of a clone.

8:50 Dude come on. That doesn't even look like Streets of Rage 1 on the Master System, let alone Genesis SOR2 and such. Not the "same moves" either. Only really the life meters are similar. None of this stuff was emulation of anything legit. Shame because I like the form factor.
I'm just talking shit because SOR3 is the only Genesis cart I still own, because it's signed by the composer.
