My hybrid : Utahraptor+Acrocanthosaurus+Carnotaurus+Baryonyx+Carcharodontosaurus. It will have a head and size of a Carcharodontosaurus,a body and spine/hump of an Acrocanthosaurus,the horns of Carnotaurus,the feet of an Utahraptor,and the enormous claw of a Baryonyx. Due to Baryonyx's DNA,it will be a capable aquatic predator,while at the same time its still can quite match I. rex in terms of land based combat. Their running speed would be crazy fast due to Carnotaurus presence,the fastest large theropod in its DNA pattern. Acrocanthosaurus's hump/spine will either make it looks more terrifying or storing some extra energy in a battle. With Baryonyx's claw and Utahraptor's large feet claw,they can stab,while hanging on a large prey/foe. And last,but not least,the size and very sharp teeth of a Carcharodontosaurus will makes this creature a force to be reckoned with. I will name it as a.....Demonis dominator,implying its demon-like power,and dominator means it can pretty much dominate any dinosaur,except another crazily overpowered hybrid.
For an extra,Utahraptor's DNA will makes them much more intelligent than average dinosaur,and Carnotaurus's horns,while not that big themselves,will at least gives out a higher damage output from ramming attack. Carcharodontosaurus's sharp teeth also would makes the enemy losing blood much faster than T. rex's blunt teeth. While the bite force is not as strong as a T. rex themselves,Carcharodontosaurus's bite force is still devastating,coupled with the sharp teeth,say goodbye to a normal T. rex.

I feel the dilophasaurus rex is the only one of those really worth it. That would be terrifying. Have the fake-meek nature of the dilophasaurus, luring prey by seeming timid, until ready to attack. The others seemed too ridiculous (well, the stegocerotops isn't actually that bad). The spino rex doesn't make much sense bc the spino already is like a T rex but with a longer snout and arms. So crossing them wouldn't really be anything all that different
about the dilophosaurus rex, I read that the actual dilophosaurus was a lot larger than seen in the movies. I believe they stood at 12-16, correct me if I'm wrong.
I hope they save the Ultimasaurus for Jurassic World 3. This thing is just too crazy to use before the grand finale! There actually was a Dilophosaurus + Spinosaurus hybrid planed for the Chaos Effect toy line. I think that would make a really cool "boss" for Jurassic World 2, as it combines the two most underappreciated dinosaurs in the franchise into one really impressive beast. Sidenote: Megalodon was around in the last ice age, not durring the dinosaur era.
