This is the best bass angling account I have come across. I’m an intermediate level angler looking to increase my catch percentage, Steve describes what I need to know which is where/when/ and how to use each lure. Thank you man
Steve, your video's really stand out against all the other. I really like how you present your information and don't over complicate this. Your channel is the only channel I've ever subscribed to and look forward to more information!
Thank you! I try to keep in mind how valuable someone's time is and I want to get them the info right away and hopefully be useful. Thank you for taking the time to drop a comment.
Thanks Steve. Finally made it to Lk St Clair yesterday. The grass was thicker than I thought it would be already. Used the tube and swim bait a little. Actually found most bites in pockets at the edges. Post front, 57 degrees and 62 degree water temp with a NNE wind. Caught 8 fish on 7 different lures. Could not figure out a pattern. The launch was closed due to high water. The area I wanted to fish was too far to run in that wind and waves in the 17 ft aluminum boat, but had a great day regardless.
Sounds like you did really well with the conditions. Those waves on that lake get really big really easily. NE winds are really tough around here too. I can't wait to get back to St. Clair someday.
We were up in Anchor Bay and stayed close to the NE area so we didn’t catch the brunt of the waves. We were very happy with the outcome. Hope you can make it back soon and figure out this high water. It was sad to see so many homes under water.
I call it the spot on the spot so to speak. Like if your a foot off the spot you wont get bit like speck fishing when i was a kid. You had to put that bobber vack in gh exact same spot and like lightning your cork would go straight down
