That was hubris, plain and simple. They didn't think the Bucs could beat them no matter who was in there. Although I think the Eagles were better than the Raiders (and would have likely beat them), they wouldn't have toyed with them the way the Bucs did. The Gruden factor was cranked to 11 when they didn't even change their audibles. The Eagles wouldn't have had that insider knowledge.
