    I worked at the Clinic for 35 yrs , i started following your husband plant based ,no sugar no oil in my 50s, wish i had listened to him earlier. Food is yummy, and now i eat zero white sugar and flour and am a vegan.

      We were told that the secret to growing sprouts in a naturally humid climate (Louisiana) is to have a fan blowing on them to keep them dry and fungus free. Try it & let us know.

    I made this for the first time today. My goodness, this was phenomenal!! The thing that takes it over the top, for me, are the mango and balsamic vinegar. It's so flavorful and I love the crunch. This is going in my favorites.

    I had a wrap for supper and I made my own wraps with soaked mung beans, scrambled tofu, microgreens and Zhoug! It was awesome

    I love watching your recipe videos, because you make cooking this way doable. I get easily overwhelmed reading recipe's but when I watch you do it , I can actually do it. I guess I am a visual learner. I would love more video recipes, I love Rips tutorials too.

    I make these all the time but put them on the hob in a pan for a few mins. Never thought to put them in the oven, I’m gonna give it a try. Thanks ladies 😄

    I make your hummus now. It’s my go to snack. I do a lettuce wrap with it. I bought your other cook book; women warriors and have several pages book marked. I also love the granola cookie but I can never get a cookie out of it. I don’t care I just use a spoon.

    you guys are awesome and I love every recipe I've tried. We definitely make something like this as well. I would love for you ladies to do a video about the types of sprouts, growing your own sprouts, how to store, etc. I would love to try broccoli sprouts. I 've never seen them in a store and didn't know you could sprout them. thanks again for the great videos and cookbooks! Blessings ❤

    If you put the plain Ezekiel tortillas in the microwave for 40 seconds it gets pliable. Then fill and roll it.

    I make hummus by cooking the beans with water in the Instant Pot. I reserve some cooking liquid (aquafaba) to moisten the crushed beans. That is my hummus.I am making it tomorrow with a piece of Ezekiel toast or tortilla, black olive slices, sesame seed, romaine leaves, avocado and a squeeze of lime.

    Fun video and nutritious veggie wrap. I would add some vegan cheese to melt into all those veggies. Surprised you ladies don't make your own hummus from scratch w organic chick peas. Happy to hear your recommendation for the wrap. Most are so full of unhealthy ingredients.

      I use Oasis brand from Whole Foods. There is no oil and only a minimal amount of salt.

    Dr. Esselstyn talks about putting greens in boiling water for 6 minutes. I assumre this makes the nutrients more available . Does heating in the oven do the same thing?

    Hi, another great video from you both. I have to ask ...can you show us exactly how to grow broccoli sprouts. OK ...would it be organic ( first choice) broccoli seeds on damp 'old fashioned' blotting paper? In other words just like we would grow cress seeds as children? TIA 💚
