Jesus truly is the answer. In November 2013 I found out that my now ex-wife had strayed from our marriage. When there was no doubt left that my marriage could be saved I went on a downward spiral of anxiety and depression. My son (3 at the time) and daughter (1 at the time) were who I leaned on every other week, until I allowed my church to embrace me with open arms. I've been a Worship Leader for 10 years now and it was so difficult to stare down that same aisle that my ex wife walked down on our wedding day week after week, but, as the gospel tells us, through prayer and petition, and a lot of love, comes good from the bad. I met my beautiful wife Cassandra not a year later....and a year after that she walked down that same aisle, only this time I knew the vows were true. I still deal with anxiety and depression on a daily basis, but my life is no longer consumed by alcoholism (developed during my first marriage) and fear of not being good enough. While my life is far from perfect, I'm happy again and I have the hope that Jesus will continue to guide me and my family through the good and the bad. He always has and always will be the Answer. Thank you, Jeremy, for writing relevant songs about Christianity that are heartfelt and true. You're truly a blessing to all of us that listen, and you're not afraid to revert to your past and pretend like it never existed. God is good. God is love. God is using each and every one of us as a vessel, let us be kind to one another and never forget that true Answer.

Alex, my husband of 30 years did the same thing a little over a year ago. I have been left to pick up the pieces of what he broke out of selfishness and pride. My kids are grown, but nonetheless effected by all this. Jesus has held me through times I did not think I would survive and has shown me new things and given me my hope back. My prayer is that every woman or man who has been rejected and abandoned by a straying spouse will come to find the saving grace of Jesus and truly know that they are valuable and greatly loved by their creator.
Love your story of courage and strength, what's awesome is you might have had a hard time with Alcohol you didn't leave the church and you kept going and HE answered your prayers and gave you a wife.
A week has gone by, since I started working for the 1st time (started on the 14th). During this week, I've prayed, cried, and listened to CCM, daily. For some reason it calms me. He has delivered me this week. My prayer is that He'll carry me through, all the days I'll be there, working. For anyone who reads this, I'd be forever grateful, if you could keep me in your prayers. Thank you and may the Lord bless each one of us in His ways. Amen.

5 years ago I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. It only got worse over the next several years. I was cutting, having panic attacks, etc. I asked God to please help me and now I can say that Jesus is the answer. He bought me out of all that and made me happy and healthy again. I am so grateful to Him. Thank you Jesus.

He wants you all lay down every fear, anxiety, depression, shame, doubt, and pain at his feet and live in his freedom, peace, and joy. If you feel like you got nothing left, that's not true, God is your salvation and will bring you through. Keep pouring your oil and it will add up. Many people in this world today who believe in God have put him aside for all the worldly things, which they think they can keep when they go to heaven, but in all reality... NO EARTHLY THING IS WORTH MORE THAN WHAT GOD HAS FOR US IN HEAVEN.
This is an amazing song! When I first saw this video I was blown away! 24 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter I began suffering from severe internal bleeding during the first trimester, but my obstetrician decided he wanted to wait until after I gave birth to attempt to diagnose. Needless to say, three days after she was born I was so severely anemic and my health had deteriorated so much that my digestive tract completely shut down and other organs were following suit. They advised my husband I would not make the next 24 hours. I did by the grace of God (literally), but not before giving my life to Jesus that night at about 10:30 pm EST. The diagnosis? Crohn's disease. The devil had tried to rob me of my joy but when he did, I would just remember 10/11/93 the day Jesus gave me life (both spiritually and physically) - three days after He gave me my beautiful daughter.

The cross doesn't wash away sins, the blood of Jesus Christ does, 1st John chapter 1.
Great is our sin, but greater is He and the Blood He shed upon the cross. Careful about cross worship, the cross was of rome, they used it to murder people, it wasn't Christianized, it was a tool of death that our Lord conquered.
InAnother Life greater is our God that came as a healer and servant that beat death/sin on that cross. Sin is death death is sin. But no one has to die the 2nd death.

A family friend was diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer 8 months ago, her prognosis seemed poor, but her faith was rich, she believed Jesus would save her from this illness. Right now she’s still alive and doing better and better each and every day thanks to Jesus , we know He is healing her 🙏🏼

My first born son was 2 at the time when he was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis and they were worried it was going to spread to his eyes, so he always gets them checked every 6months..and they said he's still doing well after a 2 years off the medicine! Still no signs of arthritis in his leg, and his eyes are doing great! My family and myself and my husband had prayed for him when he was diagnosed and it hasn't come back!
When my second son was born this July, he was breach, and we had a planned appointment(induction and all) to get him manually turned to the rightful position....well when we got into the hospital..I told my husband I have to run to the restroom first...even before we got checked in...went to the bathroom and I got on my knees(as well as I could bring 9months pregnant) and I prayed that Maverick would flip!
We got into the room, and they proceeded to do the checkup ultrasound, team of doctors and all..prepared to do the "turning"...and they saw on the ultrasound that he had flipped on his own! They were all shocked, standing there..faces in disbelief...and I cried and looked at them all and said "I prayed in the bathroom outside, and JESUS IS REAL YOU GUYS!"
Of course during delivery we had some difficulties, my son came out with "bad tones" and wasn't moving or breathing well, but he stayed in the NICU for a week and we had every single person we knew praying for him, and he made it through! He's healthy now..almost 2 months old! And we give God all the glory for his life! He is the "Answer!"
