I love this game. I’ve been playing it almost since it’s beginning and the changes, growth and just overall gameplay progression is really awesome to see.
This, Subsistence, even 7 days to die although I started around alpha 14, are so much fun to not just play/experience but to see them develop through the years. Happy to have found your channel. Good stuff :)

Hello!! I am from the four corners are originally over in New Mexico!
The natural progression in this game means the next big thing will be the butcher's table, so that you can get the hide to make the quiver. Once that's in, you can then make preparations to get the bigger pack-back, but you'll need to accumulate enough resources to take with you when you venture out to the swamp, visiting a few towns along the way and gathering more resources, (as well as tech), in the process. Like all work, it's 90% preparation and 10% perspiration! Hopefully, you get that done before winter, so you can sort your food supply of veggies, (by placing down the watermelon and pumpkin crates), to keep you going. Squishing frogs is a good habit to get into as well, as it will keep your meat intake up and provide some much needed biofuel in the early part of the game.
I just recorded day 3 and definitely took the wrong first unlock but it was more because of past seasons! Thank you for the great tips!!!!
Bambi is not a sheep but a dear. You can use one stick to cook up meat or heat up the water.

why the hell are you putting sticks in a crate????????????
make a STICK stand it can hold way more than you can put in a crate.
The green round bushes near the saw benches use your AXE on it 2 swings get you 10 sticks, come on man you've played this before you should know.
you can't get the hose for the quiver as you need the butcher table to carve up the animals to get the hide.
I think I unlocked the wrong thing first in the next video too, I should have done butcher table.
Is the stamina maxing out at 50 a new thing?

How do you move item in and out of storage so fast? I have to drag everything.
I get it mixed up, but it is either shift+click or control+click. Also moving single items is control+right click. Hopefully I did not say it all backwards
