Dear Ron, i recently learning parkour. I am learning front flip now. But the fear of landing with my head stopped me from flipping. Any Advice;)

you should either get a trampoline or even go to a gym and go to a foam pit and get use to flipping even if that means falling on your butt. Then you can eventually do the flip on harder surfaces such as spring floors or mats or if your comfortable enough do it on grass. hope this helped

You're probably not getting enough height for your flip. Focus on punching straight up and tucking and the peak of your initial jump.
